List of MIllennium Surgery Center, Inc.'s Reviews
This was the first surgery I've ever had, and I was naturally nervous going into it. From the moment I arrived, all of the staff made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and well cared for. Dr. Buxton was very informative about the procedure, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer my questions. That helped me feel much safer and more confident throughout the entire experience. I'm grateful for the professionalism, kindness, and excellent care I received. Thank you to Dr. Buxton and the entire team for making my first surgery experience such a positive
Very friendly. a experience staff
Thank you for taking great care of my child
Servicio de calidad. Personal amable, servicial y gentil.
I have numerous ear surgeries here. This place is amazing!
⸻ I had a very disappointing experience with Delia at Millennium Surgery Center on 3/4/2026.specifically with the staff responsible for insurance verification and pre-surgery clearance. I was initially told everything was approved and ready for my procedure. At the last minute, I received another call saying there was a mistake and that my insurance was not properly verified. Because of this miscommunication, I had already taken time off work, and the person scheduled to drive me had also taken the day off. We then had to rearrange everything—multiple times—due to repeated calls changing the status. This felt extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of patients’ time and responsibilities. Surgery is stressful enough without last-minute administrative errors. The lack of clear communication and accountability was very frustrating. I would not recommend this facility based on my experience with their insurance coordination process.
Such a wonderful experience. Spotlessly clean and the nurses are first class. The front end staff was just as professional.
Doctor was late and instead of notifying patients of the delay they let everyone come. Waited over 1.5 hours past my appointment time. Just unprofessional and slow.
Great experience. The PreOp nurse was very kind and informative. The half hour wait was as promised. The surgeon was prompt and surgery went well. Would recommend to everyone.
This entire staff is very united and on point. I could not remember everybody's names, but I remembered Dakota and Sonia before being put under anesthesia. Everybody was so helpful and the type of care that they provided was very friendly, almost family like. They honestly cared to make sure that I was as comfortable as possible, and they took a time to explain things in detail several times. I felt so relaxed for someone about to go into surgery even afterwards they weren't very pushy to get rid of me they were all about comfort. This is a rare situation where I enter a building and EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE is on point with their job. They should all get raises. I am beyond beyond grateful. All of you are awesome!!
