Pediatrics For All And Peds Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

People please experience the Dr and staff r yourselves these reviews are not what I have experienced taking my grandkids here called got right in same day and one in 2 days to get the shots they needed for school along with physical blood work very good location clean was seen less than 30 min. My grandkids were happy and loved that their shots didn’t even hurt!! So all you people that are weary of these reviews just go and experience yourself this a a great place. Thank you Dr and staff for making my experience a good one!!

We have called at least 3 times now for my son’s records to be sent to his new pediatrician office in Kentucky. They have not sent them any time that we’ve called. He’s not able to get his shots as a result.

Worst place ever. Made appointment online, received text to confirm. Arrival before appointment time and front desk said Not Hornor online Booking. What is purpose for their website and its functions? Such a useless place

First time going here and Felt like the doctor was super rude to his MAs & kept asking me if I wanted to change my primary to here after I said no multiple times. I only brought my child here because it was “ peds urgent care “ and my primary had no openings that day. Never again, didn’t even feel like he checked my child correctly, he said like 5-10 words to me. It’s a disaster here. Floor was super dirty as well with so much dirt and used alcohol pads just laying around, they really need to clean up before bringing up the next patient.

Poor billing practices. I was never informed of a bill until I walked in the door for my daughter's checkup. I attempted to set up a payment for my next payday, as I was not prepared to pay this bill, I was unaware of. We were denied a visit because of this. We live an hour away. The time and gas wasted will cause us to choose another doctor in the future.

I was very displeased. I took my son in who had swollen eyes that were burning and hurting. Before coming in I called and they stated they accepted all walk-ins and my insurance. When I came in they turned me away because the front desk receptionists stated they in fact do not take my insurance. This is why we called in advance. I was not impressed.

First of all- I scheduled a walk in through their website and called to make sure they took my insurance- front desk said to come in and the would check my insurance in person. I took my sons and gave them all my information. They said they couldn’t verify I had insurance and they would had to call my insurance provider so it would be a wait time- I didn’t mind. Front desk then calls me up and says she’s on hold and doesn’t want to keep me waiting so if I want to leave and go back to Kaiser. I was willing to pay out of pocket at this place so I could get a second opinion on my sons health and she has the nerve to tell me if I want to leave because Kaiser has her on hold? Worst service ever. This place needs better service-

It’s a huge inconvenience when you go into the office. No where in their website does it say NOT to make an appointment online. I went ahead and submitted all my information online but they never received it. When I arrived at the office I was told they don’t know where that information goes to. That is terrifying. They tell you that you can be seen as a walk in. It was a HUGE disappointment coming here. I don’t recommend anyone wasting their time. Especially trying to book online.

Changed pcp within minutes of being there for urgent care purposes. From csv to Dr. Dass. Able to be seen same day and physical in the same week. CS takes months to get an appt. So Thank you!

Completely disappointed by the staff of this office. I called during the beginning of the week to enroll my child. They gave me a text message phone number to send my insurance info called them right after and call them again everyday and said they haven’t got to my information. Called yesterday for them to get to her enrollment soon since it’s important for her to get seen. The secretary who answered the call said yes yes we will give you a call back today. Waiting, received no call back from them. Extremely unprofessional. I will be looking for a better pediatrician to start off right. I given up! I don’t expect a place like this to give excellent service even after. They are other offices who are better equipped with staff and service
