The best and nicest Dr. In Bakersfield. Helped my mom feel better both physically and mentally when she needed it the most. He is awesome! After 14 years my mom still sees this Dr and has no plans of changing.

Dr Mccauley is the best, he is not only very intelligent he has a great since of humor, he listens to what you have to say and talks it over with you. My husband had been very sick for a long time and had seen other doctors and getting no where. Having meet Dr. Mccauley turned his health/life around. Forever grateful, Pat and Gary

Dr is wonderful, passionate and caring. Sadly, he doesn't now belong to my new HMO, but if ever possible, I will go back to him. He is a delight and very professional.

Dr. McCauley is the best kidney doctor in Bakersfield, bar none. He is busy, which speaks to his involvement in the community as a specialist and a caring doc. He certainly spends the appropriate amount of time with each patient.
