Short wait time and efficient staff. The receptionists should refrain from talking badly about patients within ear shot of other patients. The nurse practitioner who saw me spent about 30 seconds with me. Very quick but almost a bit too quick. I went to the Panama location.

Alexander Rivera, PA made my experience here the worst I’ve ever had in any Healthcare Office I been in my entire life . I’m pretty sure anybody would agree that when you go see any healthcare provider you want to feel comfortable and safe Alexander Rivera, PA made it feel like the complete opposite he was little to no help.. Let me just say I should’ve saved myself the embarrassment I went through I went in for an injury I explained my symptoms to him and he didn’t even bother to physically exam the area the whole time he was just standing by the door and all he said was “Well based off what you’re telling me it seems it’s all in your head and other than that you’ve came to the wrong place there’s nothing much I can do for ya…” So without examining the injured area he made the assumption that it was all psychological Which made me feel very disregarded based on my situation considering that I chose Priority Urgent Care on Panama Ln because I seen on google they do X Ray’s but according to Alexander Rivera, PA there’s nothing much he can do and it’s all in my head …. On a good note the ladies at the front desk where very kind and easy to talk to very friendly but because of Alexander Rivera , PA my symptoms have worsened and I’ve been mentally distressed more than ever

It was a good experience. I recommend having an appointment for faster service but over all good place to go.

Very unprofessional experience. I called at 4 PM and was told to come in as a walk-in since they were open until 8 PM. After driving over with my child (reached there in the next 25 mins), the receptionist dismissed us, saying they were “already booked for the day” and told me to go to another location 10 miles away. If walk-ins aren’t accepted, they should be upfront instead of misleading patients and wasting time. This place clearly doesn’t value people’s needs or emergencies. I won’t be coming back and would not recommend this office to anyone.
