Dr Bansal is great. My only complaint is the wait times. The doctors are seriously over booked. I arrived on time and the waiting room was so crowded patients were having to stand. I was told there were 6 people in front of me.

The Dr was very good at explaining the machine to us. She reset it because it was blowing to much air and my husband couldn’t exhale. He is now using it at least 4 hours a day.

Dr Bansal was very attentive and thorough in her explanation. The office staff were friendly and I didn't have to wait very long before being seen.

I have mixed feelings about the office. I am a new patient and have been to the office twice. Dr. V and the respiratory therapist were fantastic. I wasn’t talked down to and they seemed to understand that I am well educated in my health history so they actually listened instead of talking at me. However their front office is a hot mess. Each time I got the impression they were disorganized and unsure of what they were doing. Both times when my appointment was finished, I was told not to stop at the checkout counter but rather, go back to the lobby and wait to be called to checkout. Both times I waited a really long time and finally went up to the counter and asked about checking out. They asked my name, looked confused while trying to figure out who I was, and then told me they would call me up. There was no one else in the lobby. After waiting even longer, I went up again and went through the whole thing all over again and then I was finally called. I could understand if there were a lot of people she was checking out but there weren’t. Also, the last time I was there, I was brought back and there were so many patients just sitting around the hallways. It was like an over crowded ER with patients in the back area without a room. I’ve never seen anything like it other than in an ER. It was chaotic to say the least and the staff seemed stressed out and apologized for it being “a zoo”. I guess I just expect more professionalism from a Dr’s office.
