Dr. Vahedi is an amazing oral surgeon. I had to get 4 wisdom teeth removed in February. He had advanced technology that allowed him to create a customized and personalized plan for my surgery, he was even able to provide me with valuable insight to my teeth that I could bring to my general dentist for my teeth's care. He's knowledgeable and explained the whole process to me during the consultation, his knowledge instantly brought me comfort and put me at ease. I wasn't in pain, I recovered easily, and didn't have any complications. I have and will continue to recommend him to my friends and family. The staff/team was excellent as well, from the kind front desk receptionist who broke down the exact prices and copays to the team member who wheeled me out to my sister's car and took extra care to make sure I was comfortable and safe! Thank you Dr. Vahedi for a very comfortable procedure!

Dr. Vahedi is absolutely the best oral surgeon! He is compassionate, highly skilled and goes above and beyond to make sure his patients are happy. His staff were very helpful and professional. Dr. Vahedi extracted a malor and performed a bone graft under general anesthesia. The experience was incredibly smooth! During the initial consultation Dr. Vahedi was knowledge and patient. He answered my exhaustive questions without seeming to be in a hurry. My recovery process really showed the quality of Dr. Vahedi work . There was very little pain to begin with, and within 24 hours, all pain was essentially gone. I would highly recommend Dr. Vahedi to anyone who needs an oral surgery.

Bless Dr. Vahedi. This man has the patience of a saint. This office was recommended to me by my dentist at Trident Dentistry, and I needed all 4 wisdom teeth out since one was coming in and another was pushing against a root canal/crown I had done the previous year. I ended up having dry sockets on my bottom 2 extractions and even though I'm still in pain as I write this, Dr. Vahedi has seen me twice after my surgery to give me dry socket paste and answer my many questions. He's a busy man, but has been able to squeeze me in and each time I've waited no more than 10-15 minutes. I've also called him 2-3x after hours and on the weekend to ask additional questions I couldn't find the answer to online. His family probably hates me for bothering him. Steph at the front desk is a pleasure to chat with over the phone every time and the office is really clean! I've just been really impressed with how much the staff here care about your well being and comfort. Prices are a bit high but it's West LA. My insurance was great so I didn't have to pay too much out of pocket. If you're looking for excellent care, it's no wonder this place has stellar reviews. I enjoy the perks of being Yelp Elite because people tend to take me more seriously (not before seeing my reviews though since this isn't something I reveal when visiting any establishment). So if that is anything, I hope you take my word for it.

I had approximately 22 teeth extracted by Dr. Vahedi in preparation for getting dentures. This work was done at Lake Forest Dental Group in Lake Forest, CA. I did a lot of "research" on YouTube for at least a month prior to my extraction date. Everyone said it took between 1 - 3 hours to get 20+ teeth extracted. I didn't have a stopwatch, but it took Dr. Vahedi less than 30 minutes from the time I numbed up. It was painless and quick..... I can't begin to express my satisfaction with the job he did. Further, I never had to take any pain relievers or anti-inflammatory medication. I did have a little swelling, but nothing like what you would expect. If you need ANY oral surgury, you need to FIND THIS GUY!! I would give him 10 stars, but Yelp only lets you give 5. I want Dr. Yahedi to know your skills change people's lives, keep up the great work!Dave Kennedy

Genuinely can't say enough good things about Dr. Vahedi+Wilshire Oral Surgery and Implant Center. Just completed first portion of my implant treatment (extraction+bone graft) yesterday - and as objectively unpleasant as the process can be, Dr. Vahedi+Jenny (dental assistant) made it a completely tolerable experience. From Dr. Vahedi's great doctor/patient dynamic including telling/showing me exactly what he was going to do, to Jenny gently placing her hand on my shoulder each time she knew a particularly unpleasant part was coming up (drilling, pressure, etc), and applying vaseline to my lips when they became dry. The admin staff is amazing as well - super helpful+responsive. I def hit the jackpot with Dr. Vahedi+staff - don't hesitate to call them if you need any dental work that they specialize in.

Dr Vahedi is incredible. I removed my left side wisdom teeth over a year ago with a different doctor, and removed the right side this week with Dr Vahedi. I'm shocked. My healing is completely different. First of all, he explained everything to me before hand so well - after squeezing me in last minute because i was in so much pain. Then, post op I had minimal pain (last time I was crying for a week) and am much more comfortable. He's amazing, his staff is sweet and lovely, if I could give him a billion stars I would.

I had to return so I thought I would tell you this office and the Dr. At this place are great. If you have fears like me. This place is for you. I have to return again so I will repost. But this office needs your local support.

My visit to Dr Vahedi to have 3 Wisdom teeth removed was totally painless. I was shocked the process was complete in around 30 minutes and the aftercare was minimal. I would personally recommend Dr Vahedi for your Wisdom teeth removal in fact I am referring my 21 yr old Son to him for his Wisdom Tooth issue I know first hand Dr, Vahedi is painless and professional
