I can never make an appointment for my children.. I’m always on hold for 30-45 minutes just so they can tell me they can’t see my child until months later to take them to the urgent care ! What’s the point of having their doctor when they can’t be seen !!

When they a set appointment time they don’t see you right away it’s a 2 hour wait or 3 hours later. And they are calling people when they walk in . Even when you been waiting for hours

This is one of the best pediatric offices! Very clean and very fast on attending patient needs, Both drs are also amazing ! The doctors listen to my concerns and answer all my questions I may have. I've been bringing my children here for almost 6 years now.

All four of my kids went here from birth. The drs are amazing and I have never had any issues here. If I didn't have Kaiser insurance I would still be here. All issues with my kids were addressed and resolved immediately. I would recommend this dr office for your children

Why would a doctor ask to do genital checks at new patient appointments on two and five year year old little girls never in my life have I ever heard of this and or think it’s appropriate to subject my children to that never going back to your office

I've been going to this location for years. The wait time is a bit of a hassle but it's extremely hard to find a staff of doctors who don't just sweep their pati out the door. offering telemed appointments is also a great option for those who dont want to wait around in the office. Dr. Dakak is a phenomenal and attentive doctor.

Every visit Is always a good experience. Dr. InSorio is great with my kids and he listen to all my concerns. What l like about this doctor is that he never rushes you out until all your questions are answered. Nurses are well train and patient with the little ones. The waiting time is not bad and appointments are easy to book either online or over the phone.
