The last two times I went the doctor was not there so it was a telehealth via phone. The last time I was there the man that took my copay looked in my ear to help diagnose me with an ear infection. But because the doctor wasn't there, the copay taker missed the severity of the infection. The doctor only prescribed ear drops when in fact I needed antibiotics, which Accelerated on Brimhall prescribed. I will never return!!!

Choose another urgent care. I still had questions for the Dr. and she wanted to walk out of the room. She did not care to explain anything. She seemed like she didn't want to touch me. I had to be firm and request a prescription. It has been 3 hours and the pharmacy hasn't even received the prescription.
