Marlene, the manager, was very rude to me I was in the process of booking my next appointment with receptionist Jazmin when she overheard my complaint of waiting 1 hour for my appointment for x-ray and exam, and only the xray was done. I said politely that I could have been told earlier so I could come in at another time to do both. She told me I am free to go to another dental office anytime. Then, she said to Jazmin, "don't book her!" and turned around and walked away from me and the receptionist! How rude!!!! And she's the manager????

Rude staff, wait time is excessive even with appointment. Wasted time today to not even assist what was asked for they couldve let me know in advance & i would not have scheduled.

Horrible customer service. This place will change your appointments without your consent, and has 0 customer service over the phone, the lady could NOT wait to hang up!! ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY

This place is ridiculous, my husband and I were waiting for 2 hours just for them to only do x rays and the reason we were waiting for so long was because the receptionist forgot to check my husband in. The dentist had to go ask the receptionist why she couldn’t see my husband’s name on the check in screen and it was all because of that reason. It’s really ridiculous. They really need to pay attention.

Saturday today online say OPEN I'm here with appointment at 9.30 and rh3 office close I call the main number not open Saturdays im the door open with hour's open Saturdays 8.to 4pm why make appointments when they close just to waist your time unprofessional people I don't have insurance I paying all the treatment..

Phone service is terrible, taking forever to pick up, always putting me on hold multiple times in one call. Takes multiple calls to even speak to someone. Office people speak like they don't want to be there or just don't care about anything.

Don't Ever come here. It is a nightmare. Everytime I schedule an appoinment they tell me after i get there that it has been canceled. Or I have been trying to schedule an emergency visit for a tooth abcess and they were closed for 3 days straight then canceled the appointment right before i get there saying they don't have time.

They where very rude it seem like they didn't know what they where doing the girl who took the x rays was nice but they didnt help me with noting and the Dr. Didnt even wanna see me to give me medicine for my pain they schedule me months from now I went to a place downtown called forest dental they where awesome and got me in right away
