Over the past 4 months, I had 4 appointments canceled by Western Dental. Three times I was given no notice via text or a call. Each time I had received confirmation texts just days prior to being canceled. Once I received a false confirmation email the morning of the scheduled appointment!! At least they called that one time to inform me I was bumped from their schedule. During two successfully fulfilled visits, I was pleased with the staff and dental professionals. I would give them a Five for the service they provided. I give them a Zero minus for the unprofessional way they cancelled so many appointments without the courtesy of a phone call or text

Staff was excellent at appointment. But when scheduling further appointments with their call center is scheduling me during lunch hours 12-1pm which is waste of my time and unprofessional. Recommend scheduling inside office only .

Bailey took my X-rays super funny and fast. Sergio was great with scheduling me for a future appointment and going over my paperwork. Dr can’t recall his name but fast and informative.

I have been calling for weeks, trying to get an emergency appointment for a broken tooth. I get an appointment for after 4pm and then I get called from this location that no new patients are taken after 3pm. A few weeks later I was able to schedule for 12pm only to be told this is their lunch hour. The call center does not communicate with the office and schedule at random hours that are no available

Got charged another $100 today. I called customer service and I still have a balance? Because the first person never actually cancelled my contract and issued my refund. I called my insurance to file a complaint and they actually told me that bone grafts are COVERED!! So even if I had proceeded with the aforementioned bs procedure, they had NO right to try to charge me anything in the first place. I was advised to file a complaint with the California Dental Board. I hate this place so much please don't come here!!
