Dr.Bichai has been amazing..My daughters needed a good doctor for awhile..we found bichai going on 2 years ago, he has helped her more than any other doctor..he is always available for concerns, he’s extremely caring..he definitely loves what he does ..very blessed to have him as her doctor ??

Happy to have the care by my great doctor Started care in 6/2022 , since then my sugar is controlled and I lost 44 lbs. I feel much better

Very helpful doctor, spend a lot of time with patients to hear about their sufferings and educate them about their health conditions and how it could be managed. He’s not even the best doctor but helpful human being also

UPDATE:I see he is STILL RUDE AS HE** 6 years later SMDH! I wonder if he still calls to threaten people for leaving negative reviews like he did me... You will wait AT LEAST 3 hours or more to be seen when you have made an appointment. He WILL TALK WAYYY to long to each patient about things not pertaining to the care of the patient. He can be VERY RUDE and not want to listen when you are trying to explain your issues or problems to him. There is NO EXCUSE for his behavior and I had no problem letting him know how RUDE he was. Once he raised his voice in a VERY DISRESPECTFUL manner to me, I WAS DONE! I would NEVER RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE THAT I KNOW! KFHC asked if I wanted to file a grievances against him and I refused. But EVERYONE I told about the incident, said I should have....IF YOU DO DECIDE TO GO TO HIM, BE READY TO WAIT HOURS BEFORE YOU WILL BE SEEN...EVEN WITH AN APPOINTMENT. YOU'LL PROBABLY BE SEEN FASTER AT A FREE CLINIC. HE IS NOT THE ONLY DR IN THE TOWN
