Too many times my family member has had her appointment rescheduled, Dr. Will not be in, ins, approval not sent, etc, etc, waste of a person's time and travel,. Office personnel need to get re approvals if they are to reschedule a person. It reschedule with in the dates initially authorized , this could cause a person a heart attack on the way home from frustration..

My mother has had a call into Dr.Nurang since last night. No phone call has been returned and we are at the hospital now waiting for over 2 hours for a phone call now and still no answer. She (my mother) is 74 years old and hasn’t been aloud to eat anything all day and is now 2:30 in the afternoon. If you want a Doctor who doesn’t care about you, this is the one for you...Follow up, after the review I found out Dr.Nurang called and didn’t even want to help. He told the ER Doctor to call her main Doctor. This is the kind of service you can expect from this guy...

I've had a good cardiologist but Dr. Narang is not him! This guy didn't want to adjust my heart meds as needed. Told me to go see my primary doctor. Like the last guy said; if you want a doctor that doesn't care about his patients this one is for you. Avoid at all costs!

Being behind schedule in an outpatient clinic is expected nowadays. Usually when doctors are behind schedule, staff will often check in, apologize for the delay and reassure that the doctor will soon come in. I brought my elderly parent in for a follow up. From check in time to rooming, I waited about 45 minutes. From rooming until the nurse practitioner came in, about about another 45 minutes went by and by the time the doctor came in, another 30 minutes had elapsed. We waited close to two hours for less than a 15 minute follow up. Above all, no one came in to check on us and no one apologized for the wait. The only redeeming factor of the visit is Dr Narang's bedside manner, which was pleasant. No one should have to wait that long to see a physician and especially not a patient in their 80s. In the spirit of full disclosure, this was our first appointment here. I will update upon our second appointment if there are improvements in the flow of things.

He is a very kind down to earth Doctor, goes out of his way to help his patient's. Takes his time to listen to your questions does not rush you out. You don't find very many Doctor's like him. He is a blessing from above :)
