David Pires's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Piras is a knowledegable doctor, but on a phone visit, he abruptly hung up on me in the middle of the visit, saying he would call me right back. I waited one hour and he never called me back, despite me even calling back to check in. His office staff fields his calls and either won't pass on messages to him, or Dr. Piras refuses to take the time to call me back and finish the appointment. When I attempted to email him via the portal to ask him my remaining questions, his staff responds stating the doctor does not answer questions via email and I have to make an appointment!! Why have a portal to leave messages if he refuses to respond? When I called to discuss the issue, his office manager abruptly put me on hold for 15 minutes, and then hung up on me. That appears to be her strategy for not having to take responsibility for their unprofessionalism. Very unprofessional place that shows no care or concern for their patients.

I was seen by Dr. Pires today. I experienced nothing but professionalism by the Dr and staff.

Excellent care. Now I see why everyone sings his praises. Just one small 30 min surgery and my leg pain that Ive had for years is gone! If your looking for results and want to get better. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pires for several years. He has treated me for numerous issues from migraine headaches, to back issues, to shoulder and neck issues etc. He has an extremely gentle hand, a wonderful tender bedside manner and he explains everything that he is doing as he does it, so that you are not surprised before or during your procedure. I would highly recommend this wonderful doctor to anyone that needs to get their pain under control. I’m so grateful to have found this special caring tender individual who has helped me more than I can even imagine.

I feel I got more information from Dr. Pires, and appreciate answering my questions. The procedure (injection) in my back had very little pain, and I appreciated Dr. Pires telling me everything he was doing as he was doing the procedure.

Working in a hospital, I appreciate a doctor who blends competence with a great bedside manner; Dr. Pires is that doctor. Top notch!

Dr. Pires was very pleasant and friendly. I liked him and his personality

I've been seeing Dr.Pires for some time now, I find him to be a very skillful doctor with good bed-side communication. The assistant is always pleasant and as a team, offer a professional productive visit for the patient. His office is always clean and well organized. The visit times are usually at or near the time scheduled, I've never had to wait more than 5 to 10 minutes at the max. The Covid-19 issue has changed things somewhat, but I almost feel it's for the better.
