I have been here before and it was bad but their new manager is so helpful and things are running better now I would definitely come back
Actual clinic location is not open both Saturdays and Sundays. Only one central answering and message relay center is open to take messages for all clinic locations when clinic is not open. This is only about the prenatal staff: Nurse Trish and staff are great, and front desk patiently answers service questions as well as connect patients with other resources. Don't be afraid to ask questions! They've got answers to different health needs. Sad that I had to discontinue prenatal care there because I had to move a month before my due date. It's seriously a great community resource!
I love the staff here, the attention is amazing and everyone is so welcoming and nice.
This place is amazing great staff and doctor. I want to give special thanks to the staff Yolanda W. For helping me out to see a Dr. And special thanks to Dr Adrain as well she's a great Dr to have. I have my 2 yr old daughter with Dr Adrian and she's so wonderful with my daughter. Perfect place for adults & children.
Central City Staff is amazing! Yolanda Walker and the rest of the staff are very courteous and professional. They treat you like family and always have the patients best interest. Solid 5 star rating! No joke, the best I have ever experienced when dealing with medical professionals and Doctors. Michael Salazar MHRT, RADT-l Full Service Partnership Case Manager. Thank you Central City for putting your patients needs first. We couldn't do our job with out you and we appreciate you.
I have no idea why there’s negative reviews. This office, from the front desk to the PAs(especially Hoang), have been incredibly professional and caring. They will try their best to book you, and will even call another office for you to make your appointment. Their walk-in period is in the morning till 1030 and , even without appointments, I was able to see someone within 30 minutes.
I was treated with dignity and compassion. The entire staff from reception to the doctors treated with respect all the way through.
Everyone is very friendly and they love what they do. Great service.
This REVIEW IS FOR THE MAINE OB OFFICE.🛎🛎🛎🛎🛎🛎🛎🛎🛎🛎🛎🛎🛎🛎🛎The FAMILY PRACTICE office has always had a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Since years. I've known them from more than 6 yrs.-*******REVISED REVIEW******************I wanted to take the time to inform everyone that besides my previous experience stated before with the OBGYN Facility on 4160 Maine central city I have reconcidered my Review score from a 1 point star rating to a 3. The reason why is because after all that I went through the Office Manager Soledad was very helpful and professional and took the time to talk with me about my worries and concerns. Nadia the back office nurse was also able to take the time to explain and clear up any misunderstandings of the paperwork. I would like to apologize to Soledad the Office Manager and Nadia for any inconveniences. I would like to thank them for helping me with my concerns and make me feel like a patient they care for.Even though the office still lacks to comply with on time patients request and needs the Office staff are very courteous, people friendly, and professional.***Previous Rating [1point]******************Very unorganized staff! Since the beginning of my first appointment back in Sept I have had a bad feeling of the staffs professionalism and patients true interest. I always felt like Lupe and the back office nurse Nadia only do their job because they have to. Believe me I know from complete experience of working as an MEdical Assistant in the past with extensive excellent References. True medical assistants treat patients with love and true patient care. Leslie is the only staff member who has truly guided me from the heart with my pregnancy questions and concerns. The PA covering for the doctor also seems very inexperienced to the point that she had told me at 10 weeks that she heard no heartbeat but it was fine to come back in 4 weeks!!! It was a stressful time for me that I ended up going to the ER to clear up my worries. Baby was fine but they spotted a UTI that hadn't been taking care of at Central City Medical. An unresolved UTI can bring up many other issues that can harm a pregnancy. Also I felt that the Physician Assistant at Central City was absurd since she never showed signs of her trying to locate the heartbeat at all. She also misinterpreted my notes in the patients notes giving me a hard time with getting my first MAKENA shot on time!! I clearly stated back in Nov 24 that I had signed the Makena form at the Specialist office for Central City to provide me with the monthly shots. Turns out the PA had stated that my statement was that I had let her know the specialist office would be giving me with the shot!!!! Very bad MALPRACTICE!!!! Lupe is hard to schedule me any appointment even if it's a life threatening situation. She's always referring to ER or Urgent Care. Nadia makes me the patient do her job easier asking me to go to the office to sign a paper for the Makena to be ordered simply because she couldn't read the faxed copy sent from the Specialist office. So I had to call the Specialist offices and speak to Cindy requesting to please resend a copy to Central City OB since I was put on bed/pelvic rest. As always the Specialist office personnel was very helpful and reassuring. I hope this helps new OB CENTRAL CITY patients
Most of the workers here at the clinic are good, but i strongly recommend you do not have any tests done here other than the usual stuff like blood work & urine. The problem is some diagnostic tests are done by outsiders brought in from elsewhere and those people are the ones who can be rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I strongly recommend going elsewhere to have the necessary tests done. For exams and very simple tests that can be done that day, you should be ok here. Fees depend on your income. The minimum they charge for an office visit is $25 and could go up to $85 again depending on your income and insurance (must show proof of income). Some of the tests, like ultrasounds, are kind of expensive. They accept medi-cal and most insurance, or cash.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
