No compassion for children with anxiety. Recommends extensive work, got second opinion which confirmed not everything was necessary and when you try to have a conversation with her about it she gets very upset and offended and in the end refused to treat my children. Worst experience ever.

Dr. Becker is a pediatric specialist but really should not be working with children. She recommends extensive work on small children and when you seek a second opinion who says that not all that work is necessary and you try and have a mature conversation with her she gets visibly upset and offended and will tell you to go somewhere else. She refused to treat my xhildren. She left me speechless and I walked out very upset as both my daughter and my son needed work done and now I have to go find another dentist and waste more time.

Worst ever. Went to have a possible cavity filled for my 11 year old. Dr. Becker made a cursory exam, and sent us to the admin to discuss a "treatment plan." With the $18 charge for a filling, it included a $276 charge for "behavior management," which wasn't covered. I was told this was for restraints (!!!). We got another dentist to examine the tooth and learned there was no cavity. She was running a scam and my kid nearly got restrained and drilled on a healthy tooth!!! Staff was OK.

Tried to fill a healthy tooth on an 11 year old and make us pay $300 for "behavior management," which means restraints. Total fraud. Couldn't have been a worse experience. Should lose her license.

Awful service! I went once and I will never go back. When I cancel my appointment, the receptionist became really angry and hung up the phone on me. Then, almost a year later I was billed $200 for that appointment for services never provided!
