Urgent care Dr was a very unpleasant at the end of a long day he explained what was going on (lymfodema) and then told me I needed to book a appointment with primary care Dr, because I probably have cancer.then left the room.i was devastated and had no support system or even a family member in the room

The parking is nightmareThey canceled valet parkingI had to drive around for more than one hour to find a parking space and some of these spacesAre very small even for compact car.

I am a patient at Kaiser Baldwin park hospital and I cannot walk.i asked for help to go to rest room. 2 person's came bring me a bedpen. I want to go the. toilet. A lady treated me. "If you can go to the restroom.i will send you home." They didn't take me to the restroom. I have to wait for my wife to come till the morning.That's how they treat the patient.Time:1:30Last night about. 7pm. I asked a Dr. For the lidocaine patch for my pain. (Dr. Mail?) He told me that the patch will come shortly. Now about 2:30 am. I still don't have the path.

**************"WARNING********************As of 11/6/21 visit, patients are not required to show vaccine status or negative test BUT Companions/Support person's MUST SHOW PROOF.PARKING rates 0 STARS while staff still overall 5 Stars.11/12/19 9:20am - patient parking is down to levels 1 thru 4 of the original parking structure with just the far southeast lvls of the new structure by the new building available. Valet is now in the basement off Bess Ave NOT Lolita. That is now only employee parking. AND NO HANDICAP SPOTS ADDED TO REPLACE THOSE LOST!!!!Is there going to be any patient parking once the new building opens??? Doesn't seem like it.

The security team here is a joke uneducated and unprofessional. They really should screen for a high school diploma or equivalent then train them in the field of their job duties. Most of these securities haven't even obtained a high school diploma and lack common sense. I just sat and watched them be on there phones, make videos and gossip amongst themselves. The professionalism and dress code should be addressed most of them looked like the uniform didn't fit, shoes looked to be unsafe to even wear. I wouldn't call them for protection that's for sure.
