Wonderful customer service the dentist here are amazing and very helpful and explain everything for you so that there is no confusion. I highly recommend.

Big thank you to Dr Gomez and Cher who installed my dental crown! She was very attentive, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The fit is perfect and the service was excellent.

The girls took care of my son. (New patient) made him feel comfortable talking to the dentist. Definitely will be bringing him again.

The staff was professional as well as friendly. The doctor was great. He was friendly as well as professional. I would certainly recommend Dr. Ben as well as the dental clinic to anyone needing a dentist.

I have a very bad experience at Baldwin park office Worst customer service ever!! When me and my wife went for the first time Staff was friendly, then other appointments service change too worst, I have questions about my bill's, they never call me back I have to call few times to get answers. They lied to us they said that the work we needed was going to be cover with ours insurances. (we have 2 insurance) “That didn’t happen” I found the answer my self thru my insurance company. Be very careful.

If I could, I would rate this place a 0. I am no longer a patient and immediately switched over to a new dentist because this staff is highly incompetent and corporate doesnt do anything about it. They never check your insurance even when they have the information way in advance. Their excuse is they cant find it or they have the old insurance info and just tell you that it isnt active. This happened every single time I came in. I called corporate at that time and sure it was resolved for one appointment but then it happened again and that is when I had enough. Multiple friends and family left this office also because of the same reason. On my last appointment I was supposed to get a crown replacement, so just take measurements and get a temp one etc. Tell me why the dentist Dr. Wassif said oh no you dont need replacement we will just monitor. Like how do you go from needing a replacement ASAP to oh not anymore in a week!!! Well with my new dentist they told me this needed replacement ASAP and they began the process to replace it. It was a crown that was over 10 years old aaaaaaand it has gaps where debris was accumulating because it impossible to get a toothbrush in there. If they are busy they will do what they can to do as little as possible, if they are slow they will do as much as they can to charge services up the butt to get paid more. The manager doesnt manage she engages in gossip instead of telling her staff to check insurances. M-cal you can check at beginning of month and doesnt change. HMO you have the portals and numbers to call. Also they fax over when there is an emergent change. They try and fool you, but the good thing is I am knowledgeable on how insurance verification and payments work. Corporate do better , look at all the past reviews and people have the same issues with staff being rude as well.

I've been going here since I was a little kid and they are so so sweet! They're sooo caring and ask me everytime during a procedure if I'm okay. Especially the front desks Stephanie & Marie. They're super helpful and sweet. The dentists and orthodontist as well are very well and explain to you thoroughly about everything! I will never go to another dentist. I recommend coming here 10/10 Service!!!!
