Banning Family Care Center's Online Review Report Card

I had the worst experience ever at Banning Clinic at the hands of Nurse Practitioner, Sharon Jack.  She walked into the room and loudly  stated,"Herpes, I should have known."  I don't have and have never had herpes and if she had looked at my chart she would have known I was there for arthritis  pain in both my knees and medication refills.  She then began to tell me about how I looked and what I should do to fix myself up and look better.  She proceeded to berate me and tell me I was "no spring chicken."  I told her neither was she.  I had just come from work and I work with the mentally ill.I was wearing black pants, black shirt and had my hair pulled back,  I asked her if she gave out her fashion advice to everyone?  She stated she did if shethought they needed it.  I got up and walked out.  Upon leaving, they gave me paperwork for blood tests and my medical file only it was for another patient.  I had this person's name, address, phone number, where and what type of blood work he was going in for, as well as his partial social security number.  I returned the paperwork to the clinic the next day.  They were in total violation of HEPA Law and I reported them and Sharon Jack.I WOULD NOT TAKE MY DOG TO THIS CLINIC!

I had to get my nexplanon taken out because it was expired and had to get a new one put in and the nurse and 3 doctors did such a beautiful job and made me feel so comfortable and it didn't even hurt thank you guys !!!

Dr Bacho is a wonderful doctor who listens to your concerns and questions with sympathy. I've been seeing him during my second pregnancy for my check ups and he always talks in a sweet,  professional manner as he walks me through my stages in pregnancy. I always feel welcomed here as everyone who works there are very kind and courteous. Even when the clinic is packed with patients they never rush and take their time to ensure that everyone's needs are taken care accordingly. I first started coming here about two years back during my first pregnancy where I was seen by Dr Sinjar and she was also amazing. I came back during my second because I always felt cared for by her and her team but she had transferred to another clinic outside of town and that's when I started with Dr Bacho. Highly recommended if you have any health concerns or questions to come try this clinic. They definitely deserve some recognition or their services and work.

Dr Sinjar took care of me through my whole pregnancy. Very caring doctor !!! That's hard to find these days:) now that my daughter is here she is also taking care of her too. Shout out to nurse Laura who is always nothing but amazing !!! Michelle in the front is also very helpful. Thank you all for caring and taking care of your patients needs !!! I don't even live in banning but I travel here because of the good job these people do!!! Thank you again :)

The receptionist are nice and professional.. every last single one of them goes above and beyond to make each patient feel like the only patient.. nice friendly and if they don't know the answer to a question they will get you one

Dr. Tulin Sinjar is an amazing physician. Throughout my pregnancy, she gave me all the support and guidance I needed. I've never had a doctor who cared so much about my physical and mental wellbeing. Also, the staff at the clinic are very welcoming. They make you feel like family!!

I would like to say that my visit to the Banning Health Center was pleasant from the front desk ladies reception to my appointment with Dr. Tulin Sinjar. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.

This is WORST clinic ever. I waited three week for my test results by mail and by a phone call, NOTHING. So, I decided to call and make an appointment. I am here over an hour and half later. The lady that help me at the front desk was completely rude. When I signed in she didn't look at me hardly. She just told me to sign in and an hour later fill out the official sign in sheet. Not pulling a racial card or anything, but they were more adpt to help hespanic people who walk in waaaay later. This is very frustrating. I'm glad I'm switching to Kaiser. Dr. Bacho is awesome though. Too bad he's here.

These people NEVER answer their phones...I swear I think I hear them pick up and hang it up..I need some refills. My pharmacy has faxed them and the faxes are ignored...I have never seen Dr Bacho, but have seen the PA. I like her but it seems to take forever to get in to see her...why do they make appointments if they don't go by them? I can see the patient before me maybe going a little over which makes my appointment late, but hours late! Just answer your damn phones!!!!! I needed to add to this...I finally got someone to answer the phone...Jamie was so helpful..I remember her from the last time I had this problem and she was very helpful then too..It still took them too long to answer the phone, but when they did, then outcome was satisfactory...Thank you Jamie

The front ladies are really rude and hideous, they have a job because of the patients that fo there, they seem not to remember that, after waiting 3 hours with a toddler (can you imagine that?) and there was not too many people, probably 7 patients ahead of me, and I had an appointment, finally went in, the doc. wasn't helpfull either, they send you outside again to wait for the release for another hour !, I have 2 kids and unfortunately I have moved a lot so I have been to many medical clinics, I have been to bigger ones with a lot more people and even they would be faster and have better service, this is the worst I have ever been, 1 time was enough for me, I feel bad for the people that has to be going there.
