Banning Family Care Center's Online Review Report Card

I had the worst experience ever at Banning Clinic at the hands of Nurse Practitioner, Sharon Jack.  She walked into the room and loudly  stated,"Herpes, I should have known."  I don't have and have never had herpes and if she had looked at my chart she would have known I was there for arthritis  pain in both my knees and medication refills.  She then began to tell me about how I looked and what I should do to fix myself up and look better.  She proceeded to berate me and tell me I was "no spring chicken."  I told her neither was she.  I had just come from work and I work with the mentally ill.I was wearing black pants, black shirt and had my hair pulled back,  I asked her if she gave out her fashion advice to everyone?  She stated she did if shethought they needed it.  I got up and walked out.  Upon leaving, they gave me paperwork for blood tests and my medical file only it was for another patient.  I had this person's name, address, phone number, where and what type of blood work he was going in for, as well as his partial social security number.  I returned the paperwork to the clinic the next day.  They were in total violation of HEPA Law and I reported them and Sharon Jack.I WOULD NOT TAKE MY DOG TO THIS CLINIC!

Horrible service, unsanitary, and uncaring about your health. Would give it negative stars if I could.

Dr. Tulin Sinjar is the most caring and wonderful physician I have ever had. I would definitely recommend her services. She is one of the best!

CNAs .Unresponsive to pt needs. Avg 30 min to hr lto answer call light. Meds not in timely fashion. Difficulty keeping reg meds in cart & so not given. Don't go here.

Its a busy place. Its s busy healthcare system. The folks at the clinic have been good to me, working within the system. They will try to work you in if you don't have an appointment. Otherwise go to the hospital and wait, and you will be seen.

Horrible service

After moving back to Banning it was hard for us to find a good prenatal care. A couple people suggested the Banning Family Clinic for prenatal care. However, we were hesitant to go to the clinic. We explored all of our options from Palm Springs to Riverside. After much searching opted to go to the Banning Clinic. Best decision ever! From the first visit Doctor Tulin Sinjar impressed us with the diligence, knowledge and love for her practice. We were impressed and glad such a high caliber Doctor was close to home. I didn’t have the easiest pregnancy, but she fought a long side with me for the success of my pregnancy. During the high and low risk parts of the pregnancy she made us comfortable and at ease answering all of questions along the way with respect, knowledge, and care. Even though our baby arrived early he is healthy and strong and if we would have gone to a different option we feel that might not have been the case. We are glad she practices family medicine and confidently place the health of our newborn in her hands because we know he will have the best care.

The doctors are very polite and understanding. Always willing to expect patients needs. But sadly I can not say the same for the nurses. I went in to get birth control. The nurse who spoke to me about using birth control was very rude and basically treating me like I was 15 years old. I’m a grown women with a daughter. She was very unprofessional I did not feel comfortable answering any of her questions also she kept asking me about my husband if he had other kids. Which I thought was so random because I’m the patient not him. Several time I went in they have forgotten about me. And one nurse was not patient enough with my daughter and she was screaming at her. I’m changing clinics I had enough.

Waited over an hour for a simple check up. There were only 2 other people in the lobby and it was dead slow. There's no reason for these ridiculous wait times.They need more doctors on duty.
