I've been there for a long time . I have never seen the doctor always saw N.P Bookie she is good.But recently they change all staff and i will call ,almost never answer. put me in hold and hang up before they answer. and my expiririence lately it wasn't good at all. when i call about x-rays results for my daughter,they got the results ,but couldn't get the results yet so about more than a week later they call when my daughter wrist wasactually better. thats one of many things going on in the clinic now.

I love Dr.Patel and his office staff! Dr. Patel listens to us and takes great care to make sure we are good. He is very thorough. His office staff is amazing! Jennifer went above and beyond for me in the last few weeks to make sure I was able to get some ct.scans and a bone scan done. She is fantastic! Sandra and Izzy are amazing as well. Never a bad attitude from anyone! Thank you all for Being so amazing! ❤️

This office went downhill when Erick and Kimberly Beckemier left. After relying on PPO insurance once again, I tried to go back to this office but everything was a disaster. They scheduled my appointment for memorial day, and they failed to mention that no one was working that day. I had to call and find out myself the day prior. To top it off, when checking my file in the app, the receptionist misspelled my name, she misspelled my address, and she even wrote down my phone number incorrectly.I don't recommend going to this office any time soon. Once again, I am forced to find another provider.Also, no, I will not contact member services. But thanks in advance for your suggestion.

Friendly, professional office staff. Dr. Patel is the best! Nurse Bukkie is great too! Takes his time to get a complete history and really listens during office visits. I never feel rushed to share my concerns. You are a patient not a number. First time ever that a doctor has worked to help me heal rather than just push a pill and push you out the door.

I've had many doctors over the past 15 years. I'd say over 20, specialists, etc. I've been in and out of hospitals and pay close attention to patient care. Many are alright experiences, some negative, and even fewer incredibly great experiences. Dr. Patel is one amazing experience.He is very attentive, compassionate, and understanding with his care. He takes his time to listen and strives to meet your personal needs. I never leave his office not wanting to give him a hug. Truly grateful and fortunate to have him as my doctor. He was referred to me by my sister, also under his care.

When I wasn’t sure when the doctor would be by to see my mother, the doctor was advice I wanted to speak to him as I had a few questions. The doctor took the time to call me. I want him to know that I realize doctors are busy at work and probably at home so this call from him was greatly appreciated. If he would have made a house call now that would have deserved a 10 star rating!

Dr Patel is one of the best doctors I have been to and I’ve seen my share in 62 years. He is caring, he takes the time to listen to me. I feel blessed that he has come to the high desert. All his staff are friendly, professional and get things done is above average time. His nurse practitioner is also amazing. I would recommend going to this office.

Horrible front office!! Karen and Lindsey have a horrible attitude. I been calling for a prescription fill for 2 days now and i call for a follow up because my pharmacy hasn't got the prescription, and they talk to me loke im a child and with horrible attitide.I WILL DEFINITELY BE SWITCHING DOCTORS OFGICE. The guy in the front is ok jose or something.
