Dr Terry is excellent. Very highly recommended! The office support? Only 2 of the 10 scripts called in over the past ten months for refills, were filled within the 3day period. Update: I don't just give negative reviews. The office appears to have tightened up, and now are on top of things! Now, I can highly recommend Dr Terry, without hesitation. I hav NEVER been rushed by him, and you can tell, he truly cares. The rest, Dr Terry is simply left totally unaware of my request, until days later, and then, when he finally hears about it, he fills it immediately. However, by then, everyone else has filled their scripts the four days I was forgotten about, then on the fifth day, by the time Dr Terry hears of my request .. sorry, we're out of stock till next week. Eight times in ten this has happened. The reason this keeps happening, is they never admit they made a mistake, there's no attempt to fix it, and they present it to the doctor as a request just in, making it seem like the patient is just a "problem" patient. Sorry... not anymore. Had I not followed up on Friday, the fifth day, for the third time, my script would STILL not be filled, or, should I say called in .. still isn't filled, a week later ... Period. Am trying to be as accurate as possible here, and was thinking that eight sounded kind of high for the number of times the office messed up. It is wrong I did not RECEIVE ten successful scripts in ten months. I lost one and a half months of scripts by these delays, so they actually only messed up six, I guess....

Update to a prior rating. Dr Terry s office appears to have solved the issues, and are now on top of things. I can now absolutely recommend Dr Terry, without hesitation. He is an excellent Dr, has never rushed the visit, and follows up with me, very timely! I felt well managed by him, and trust me, I'm a very complicated patient!

As good as Dr Terry is, and he truly is a great Dr that I like a lot, and highly recommend, the mistakes made by his office staff have actually caused my health to decline. I'm constantly prevented from communication with Dr Terry in a timely matter, which, at 64 and 18 prior surgeries, I can't afford to loose a month and a half of proper care. My issues are far too serious to be treated with such disregard. Last scrip took 8days to fill. I have all records of calls made, so can factually support everything I've stated here. Again, Dr Terry? Excellent, top notch, caring Dr.

Dr Terry is real person, who knows how to comunicate well with his patiance without the condensending attitude that some doctors are well known for. I appreciate his easy to talk with personality.
