Mohan Mallam Md's Online Review Report Card

Went there for the first time today and I was very pleased with my visit. The ladies in the office are super sweet. They are very careful about not spreading germs and still insist on masks. I like that. I wish more places were more careful still. Looks like I found a new Dr. 😁

I don't know why they want to be playing with me , they told me I have Diverticulitis, and give me pills. But when they called back for my next appointment they ask me was I Constipated. I have never told them I was Constipated. I truly don't know if they know who they are talking to. They keep putting that I am born in 1959, when I was born 1969. I am going to report them to my insurance company. I will Also sue them for Malpractice. I am not the one for sure. And I will .

I don't understand why Dr. Mallam is a doctor he is lazy and hours staff's it's rude and lazy as a diabetic he dose very little to help. There are very little things they do, since my blood sugar is out of control I tried top get a insulin pump and they told me that "that's what my insulin it's for " I was like wow, how ridiculous it's that??? I have not been back here in seven years and I don't plan on it. After I left my review I was confronted about it, but I refuse to change anything about. If this place was better they wouldn't be having bad reviews at all. I really feel like they pick and choose who they want to treat with respect. I always felt pretty creeped out when I was in the hospital and he would come to check up on me. IDK maybe it's just me but this is how I honestly felt.

Was my first time there. These are Really kind people. I needed urgent help and the woman sent me to a place that's helping me to make sure I got help before the soonest appointment they could get me when I initially called. May take awhile to wait sometimes, but you can feel that this doctor and associates really do care about you. I'm glad I went here.

He doesn't care about his patients. Very very lazy. When you try to talk to him he cuts you off. He doesn't fill prescriptions. He is not a people person and his wife Padma is no better. They should not be in business. I am planning to switch doctors. Stay away from him.

I made an appointment, the lady called and confirmed, then an hour before the appointment she called to confirm a different date? The old, confused sounding lady said that I was the confused one and that she never called before? She needs to be in an elderly home where someone can help her. Sorry but I'm not even going to try anymore, you people need to get your shit together.

This is the worst medical care I have ever received in my life!!! The Dr and all the staff do not listen. They refuse to order some of my medication and what they were willing to order they wouldn’t order it in the doses I’ve been taking for years!! If you try to speak to them over the phone they cut you off or put you on hold. I wish I could give him less than 1 star!!!!!
