Ramendeep Singh's Online Review Report Card

Appointment was set at 3:30. Got there on time and still waited over a hour to see the doctor. Looks nice but it must be very unorganized to have such a wait for an appointment.

Dr. Ramendeep Singh is one of the finest doctors it has been my privilege to see — she is compassionate, caring and so very knowledgeable— she treats you like family — I am so thankful to have her as my primary caregiver— I highly recommend her and her wonderful caring staff — they are all so wonderful and so caring — if I ever need anything— appointment, X-Ray , RX, et., —- anything they go out of their way and talk to the doctor or whoever they need to resolve my issue and they always call right back with what I need — Dr. Singh and her staff are the BEST!!!!! They ROCK!!!!!!

No one answers the phone to do a prescreening because they don’t accept walk ins I’ve been looking for a doctor that accepts my insurance but it seems like they only accept people that don’t have a good paying job or military insurance.

Dr. Singh is a very nice and caring doctor. She takes her time with her patients and really listens. I just love this doctor♥️ Also the staff is the greatest. They are very helpful. I have to say that Mary, is the best. The receptionist are all wonderful. I totally appreciate them all. They are very personal and understanding. I will never forget that when I lost my mother I was having a tough time and when I went in, I was crying and very emotional and Mary immediately got me and putMe into a room right away. They understand the heart ships of their patients.. 🌹🌹

Dr. Patel is the best here in the High Desert. I am a live-in caregiver and I have dealt with many other Dr.'s and Dr. Patel is by far one of the best. I also experience rude staff but sometimes you have to be relentless and ask alot of questions. Get to know the staff and build yourself a good repore with the staff they will soon know you by name and you won't be disappointed

The nurse is an attitude on the phone today but I tried to contact Dr, nurses kept disconnected on the phone and ignore made me so frustrated last Monday & Tuesday. I used VP for the interpreter that I am deaf. They think VP are ads, but VP (VideoPhone) isn't ads.... That is how so rude.She made me another appt because of Lab test missing it. I told her that you didn't give me a paper for lab test. She seemed is a bad attitude and been delay to April. I can't accept to wait until April. She got me bad in a mood.

Dr. Singh is the best!!! Very personal on a very professional level. After every one of my appointments I can honestly say that I leave there without any doubt in my mind that Dr. Singh has not only listened to all of my concerns, but continues to build that trust between patient and Doctor that i feel is very important. The staff is also great!!! Yes they are very busy and sometimes hard to get a hold of. But “Busy & hard to get a hold of” I would say means that they are great and everybody wants to be a patient of Dr. Singh and Staff. Thank You Dr. Singh and staff for all that you do!!!

The appointment was a check for Leukemia, kind of important. While she does have an 11% of immune system, it was not Leukemia. If Dr. Sing hadn't time to do this we would still be waiting. There was a lot of stress here in my household. I have never seen a Doctor do this. Thank you Doctor, if it hadn't been for you we would still be stressed out.
