This is the worst clinic I've been to because the staff is literally like the walking dead. Staff seem kind but has absolutely no respect for time. It takes about fifty minutes to be triaged, and then takes forever to see the nurse. Why make an appointment for 9:15am but you actually won't be seen until several hours later?! What's going on in there, is someone having surgery? or some sort for emergency procedure? Good God why on earth does it take forever just to get your bloodwork results. Unless you want to wait hours in the dark, narrow and depressing waiting area, then another million hours in the small patient room with doors shut (its required) make an appointment here. I already established care at another much more efficient and capable clinic in Apple Valley but wanted to give them one last try, because it's close to home but I'm done with this place, it's totally worth the drive down to Apple Valley. I'm not at all upset though, I expected this sort of behavior in Barstow but I'm a natural dreamer and always hope for the best in people/places even though history proves otherwise. Good bye and good riddance, because I'd rather scratch my eyes out than ever go back to this place.

I went to them for help, I’ve been struggling mentally and every time I would need to get something done they would make me do all the leg work. I had a CT scan and the front desk told me that I had to go get the CD myself and purchase it. I was taken back… so they don’t just receive the results? I have to go get it myself and turn it in? Anyway when my psychiatrist referred me to get an EEG done for petit Mal Seizures, they didn’t approve it. But talked to me like I was going to get it. When I asked them to pull up the referral on file they told me they aren’t responsible for any of my information. I ended up asking my insurance and they had nothing on file saying my primary approved anything or received any referral… I am switching doctors as soon as possible.

My appointment was at 10:45 AM I entered the room at 1102 at 11:15 the doctor was in room three I was in room two at 11:48 the doctor was in room five I was still in room two at 12:02 the doctor has still not came in and seen me ..so I left !!! that mean she skipped my room . Will be calling to speak with someone I fill some type of way !! YES I AM BLACK!!!!

I also get mistreated messed up appointments supposed to give me referrals and don't get them and they got rid of the cardiologist that I liked this new cardiologist is rude I had to file a complaint and then all the sudden I got all the referrals not a happy guy I probably go get a second opinion for me and my wife

Katherine in the billing department is the most unprofessional individual I've ever had the displeasure of working with. So rude and condescending.

i have been seen these providers for a couple of months and i have never seen the one assigned to, every time each one has a different opinion, front desk ok, except a very large heavy set woman that open the door and started yelling at me about an x rays results, at the end said to me i can not help you said bye and closed the door in my face, no one would say anything to her ! Rude Nasty and abusive to the elderly!! my advice DO NOT GO THERE they can not control their STAFF...

Office is horribly unorganized. In two months I had three dr visits and 3 lab visits. One of the dr visits I was charged for them to tell me that my test results aren’t in. They couldn’t have rescheduled knowing this when they called to confirm? I called to ask for a specific test to be added to lab work and was told just tell the lab I wasted a trip that takes 30 minutes one way because they couldn’t be bothered to write up new paperwork I offered to pick up. The office staff is incompetent and rude. I’m beyond don being charged for appointments that accomplish nothing.

Has not provided needed meds even after calling his office numerous times. Chased away the heart doctor I liked and now with out my Xarelto has run out (second Time) have had my second blood clot in my right leg. The new heart doctor has cancelled 2 appointments even after telling his assistant I am out of my meds and they not doing anything about it. Lousy doctors office. I have not seen the doctor himself in 2 years. Just his PA's.
