Kind of rude. Expected me to know what they were telling me without explanation. Made rude comments behind my back while leaving. Didn't feel comfortable there once I was called back. Other than that seems like a good place to get labs, UA's, physicals etc.

I have had to visit this location twice in the last 2 weeks. Both times the staff was professional and I was taken care of promptly both times. I never even knew that NOVA was in the area. Having to go thru the process for my new employer. I am well pleased and look forward to my next visit being nothing less.

Had to get a drug test/urinalysis. I signed in, completed paperwork, and provided my sample. I was done in 15 minutes. Staff were friendly and professional. Office was clean and tidy.

Atmosphere was clean it was very very quick everyone was friendly very professional and polite everyone seems to be enjoying their job and smiles are contagious

The staff is very kind I had to go to the bathroom when I walked in there and they allowed me to sit there until I had to go again most places don't let you do that it was a very clean atmosphere overall give them 5 starz

Terrible place...it took 2 phone calls and over a week for these people to send my physical results to my new employer. The first time they sent it it wasn't even filled out. On top of that they couldn't complete all of the required exams, and never said they couldn't do it. Incompetence like this could cost people their jobs...find someone else to do your physical.
