Hanson Wong's Online Review Report Card

You would think with the education he has and says he’s a man of faith he would be a good DR. I’ve had a horrible experience with this Dr. Wong. 1st thing even if you come early to app it’s long wait then when you get in the room he comes in and says little looks at you like he’s irritated and rushes to the next patient. Poor communication skills, No passion for his job, Does the bare minimum as far as assessing or diagnosing your illness. No compassion for his patients, No patience, I asked him to sign paperwork from my job saying that he’s my primary Dr and he declined to sign it. So many red flags and I should’ve left long time ago. Lesson learned.

I called numerous times for several days and no one ever answered the phone. Lunch hours are 11:30-2pm. That's 2hrs and a half lunch. Seriously? I had to change physicians because I was never able to make an appointment with anyone.

Dr. Wong Hanson is awesome. He saved my life and back with treatments of prolotheraphy. Two different doctors said I had to have back surgery. Thanks to Dr. Wong, (5 years and counting), no surgery and I feel great. His methods may be unconventional, but they work and that’s all that matters when you are in pain. I recommend this doctor.

Doesn't answer phone, always on vacation... un reachable... my mother -in -law just passed away and he was glad and would respond to calls.... where did this Quack get his License from.....

Never answer their phone. It's always either a busy signal or voicemail. And they never return your call, no matter what the voicemail says. I've been trying for literally weeks. I've logged about 75 attempts. No kidding. And all this headache for a doctor who didn't even touch me or do an examination when I went in for my appointment. I saw him for literally 3 minutes and then was sent on my way. I can't even get my lab results sent to the specialist or make another appointment because THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE.

Dr. Wong does not know a thing about "getting to know" his patient. Rather, he has forgotten the oath he took to become a Doctor, which is to treat a patient regardless of what he may think about him or her. He has no rapport about his patient at all.

Very disappointed in the lack of care I received from this doctor’s office. Really need to switch.

Great doctor office is super clean nurses are professional this doctor is wonderful excellent service great with patients and extremely greateful for doctor Hanson Wong he's a great doctor would recommend him to everyone nurses are great here staff and doctor are professional

I don't quite understand what the deal is with DR.Wong- he takes long stretch's (weeks) away from this office to do philanthropy work which is nice but that will postpone seeing him for almost a month. This has happened to me twice also when he visits with patients in his office he seems very robotic as if you are a problem that he's just trying to rush through. It does seem like he has a lot of patients scheduled at one time but doesn't seem to get to know them at all. During my visits he barely looks at you or speaks to you. It's basically "what do you need from me" "okay - try this medicine" "here's a referral" "okay -bye" He's definitely efficient and straight to the point so I'll give him three stars. If your looking for a more meaningful relationship or even a cordial one - look elsewhere. Also the phones in this office need to be fixed. There has been many times I've tried to call and the phone line is dead or busy. I've had to call at all parts of the day just to get through. Everyone's nice I've never had an issue there but man you would expect a bit more warmth from this kind of profession
