If I can give 0 stars I would. Dr. Tiffany Davis was extremely unprofessional, rude, and had no bedside manner whatsoever. Literally in her care for no less then 4 minutes in which we couldn't come to a resolution of medical treatment. I ask "well, if I'm unable to move forward with what I was trying to accomplish I have other medical concerns I'd like to address" .. she stopped me mid sentence and says " nope, you'll need to set an appointment for that as that's not the reason you came in here for ?" Like wtf ? Do you have somewhere to go ? Am I not entitled to 15-20 minutes of your time? Time that I stepped away from my job, to drive down after agreeing to an original phone interview for? Set another appointment ? In what ... 4 months? with the type of staffing/service they offer ? Then she shoved her md badge in my face after I tried to figure out what her name was. Already submitted a formal complaint to the medical director and office manager .

if you're reading this do yourself a favor and do not come here !!! worse clinics ever !!! these doctor don't give a fuck about our kids!!! They take so long to answer and when they schedule you an over the phone appointment the doctor doesn't call you. My daughter just had a seizure two days ago and has had a high fever. All clinics i've gone to set an appointment to follow up on how she's doing! There was an appointment made for today at 11:45am but according to sanon a representative i spoke to from the call center the doctor pamela chang had cancelled it because a follow up wasn't needed. There were other things i had to talk to her about so the rep. called the clinic and spoke johnathan (a nurse from the) and he had said to wait 30 mins . Keep in mind this was my 4th time calling them . It was 4:20 pm when he had said to wait 30 mins . The 30 mins would've been at 4:50pm . they close at 5!!! I had a feeling they were not gonna call me again so before it was even 4:50 i started calling the call center. It is 5:43pm and they still haven't picked up and i actually have two lines calling them . i called before 5pm the time they close. It's very unprofessional if they just drop all the calls @5 the time they close (see photo below )

Malísimo servicio para empezar no hay aire acondicionado en la sala de espera o si tienes estaba muy bajo porque hacía mucho calor nunca vimos a la doctora llegaba el enfermero y decía dice la doctora que porque esto y luego regresaba dice la doctora algo de la vacuna. las personas quejándose porque no los atendían había una pareja de la tercera edad que tenían ahí más de 3 horas

Muy mal servicio tanto de las asistentes tanto como las doctoras ,llamas para hacer una cita y duran hrs en contestar. aparte cuando te ve la doctora ,es más el tiempo de esperar que lo que te checan ,cada día la gente solo trabaja por trabajar ya no lo hacen por amor a su trabajo

They care and are willing to listen to you and spend a good amount of time with you to answer all your questions. They treat adults as well . I find the Dr. to be highly skilled as well as just plan nice and caring. Thus far my many appointments have been great.

Everyone I've seen here has been caring and patient. A much better experience than I had with doctors before I started coming here.

i have my good times and one bad ones. I love Dr. Khan she was my doctor since i was born im 28 and now she sees my son who is 8 and she has really great memory and patience. Since i always ask to make the appt with her i make appt with Dr. Desi he can be a little ehh sometimes lol my mother says he doesnt know anything but hes really nice and patience too. i wasnt able to go to the office today for my sons appt. so Dr.Khan called to atleast get a over the phone appt. she asks the right questions exactly what is wrong with him. the security guard hes something else lol hes really nicec and can make good company while your waiting to be called. if you want to make appt for same day always try to call early like 7ish am and if they are booked they tell you to call at 4pm call like 3:30pm or maybe 15 min early before 4pm so you can get the appt. other then that i really have no complain. for adult doctors there is one doctor i forgot her name but shes just really quick goes in asks you the questions and she checks you pout and BOOMB she gives you some meds and then your out in like 5 min seeing her lol Flemming i thinks thats her name.

Rude and very unprofessional staff. Out of all The Children's Clinic locations, this is by far the worst one.

Im really upset came in has a walking for my son vaccines the receptionist told me it was fine after 1hour in half of waiting the nurse comes and give me the paper for the vaccine that there going to give meshe told me 5min so they can pass you wait for another 30 min she comes outside telling me there busy.Sorry for the wait but has soon us provider is not busy so she can sign realease of vaccines .Then 15 min pass when she comes out with supervisor telling me that we can no be seen because they only have one provider I have some option go to another clinic or schedule appt was of time .Front office and back office needs more team work comunication so stuff like this dont happen

I am the most honest and sincere when it comes to reviews. I give credit where credit is due, I don't exaggerate or lie and hope my review can help others so they don't have to go through the same experience I did.First off, I didn't have the opportunity to select a pediatrician for my grandson, the hospital sent us here. I had no choice and had not even seen the reviews prior or else I would have done something to change things. This doctor's office is set up so odd, doesn't even feel like a doctor's office. The front desk feels more like youre going to a dmv. You have to stand behind a blue line and wait for one of the 3 clerks to call you in. Then, once you get there you explain why you're there, then they have you sign in, then they give you forms and you have to wait for them to call you back. Why not just have a sign in sheet and have people fill in their names then call them up? Such a strange and disorganized set up. There's also a security guard watching the front door? It makes for an uneasy feeling. The place is dirty, disorganized and unkempt. The wait time is over 2 hours even with an appointment. Most of the staff are unprofessional, unfriendly and unwilling to help answer questions. There are 2 doctor's here, can't say anything good because once inside you only see them for a few minutes. I have been to lots of doctor's offices and this is by far the worse. Unprofessional, dirty and extremely long waits.We were scheduled for a second visit today but they had us waiting 2 hours, they said they were waiting for a room to open up? That wasn't gonna happen anytime soon, the office was full! It means they booked at least 25 people for same time with only 2 rooms available. After 2 hours I was fed up. I hope they didn't bill my grandsons insurance, I will see to it that not a dime is paid for today's visit. Waste of time, waste of facilities. Just go take a look for yourself, the look on the front desk staff says it all. Got home, called medi Cal and now baby Noah is on a health plan and ready to see an excellent doctor in Lakewood once we get our card in the mail. Have fun continuing to waste people's time waiting in the lobby for 2 dam hours overbooking people into your 2 room clinic.
