Am being double billed for a ct scan done last November in which I paid the $60 co pay at the time of service. 5 months later UMIH sent me another bill for $60 saying it was 2 different ct scans on the same day at the same time. Over the last year I have undergone the same ct scan at least 3 times and only paid the ct scan co pay of $60!! all they tell me is to call my insurance or my doctor....what do either if them have to do with their billing error!!
