I walked in the door kicking and screaming that I did not need nor want therapy. Two sessions in I was sidelined by an infection that prevented me from going to PT. When I did get back it seems the workouts were harder and more challenging. I was beginning to like it. The exercises are varied and unique and require a dedication on my part to do them correctly for the maximum benefit. I often go home sore and exhausted but I know I have done something for my body I wouldn’t ordinarily do. The therapists are friendly and spend as much time as they can on the charges assigned to them. From the front desk to the guy that refills the soap bottle it is a pleasant way to spend a morning. But, you’ll be tired when you go home.

I find this facility and staff, professional, friendly and proficient at what they do. They accommodated my needs and addressed my concerns. I experienced good sessions and knowledgeable Therapists/Assistants. The atmosphere was warm & relaxing for me and conducive to my healing and recovery. Thank you CA Rehab Staff.

They're very kind physical therapist, friendly, Care about your pain and plan. They're very professional and greet you with a warm smile. Great place to go 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

The therapists and staff at California Rehab and Sports Therapy are top notch. They are attentive, focused on the patient, and help the patients get through the difficult physical and mental phases of treatment. I would highly recommend this office to anyone requiring physical therapy.

They are by far the most professional and friendly I have seen. This is the third rehabilitation company I have been assigned to after eight surgeries over 5 years. The staff at the Benicia office are easy going, understanding, and a pleasure to work with. I have continued to request them over every other rehabilitation center. I highly recommend them.

I injured my shoulder while working out and was really worried. I was in pain while sleeping and I thought it would just go away...but it didn’t. I wanted to find a therapist who was on top of their game with regards to athletes and getting people back on track. Jeremy was amazing!! He does Crossfit and seems to really understand how the athlete mind works. I was scared when I first injured myself but after time and therapy (yes, I had to actually DO the therapy) my shoulder is so much better. He uses progressive technique and is fantastic at what he does. He listens and has a great bedside manner. I would recommend him to anyone, especially athletes who want to get back into their sports.
