For an emergency department, they did a pretty good job: the doctor and nurses were friendly and helpful, and I didn't have to wait very long. I think it just depends on the time you come to the ER. Morning seems to generally be less busy, and afternoon-evening will probably be busier. Thank you for your service.

Nightmare fuel. You're better off waiting a few days to see a primary care physician.

The staff is good (kind and helpful), care was good but this place is disorganized and dirty. It didn't feel safe. I've seen better in places considered "3rd world countries." Four hours after giving a sample they couldn't find it so I had to wait even longer to be released. There was literal mud between the waiting room seats, not on the floor but the actual seats. The floor was dirty, the waiting room restroom where you're supposed to collect samples was nasty. There's no place to hang your stuff but the floor is gross. Even the phlebotomy tray looked cloudy. When i finally got a room the cleaner was rushed out and there was still a tissue balled up on the floor, there was a sheet folded over the bed cover which had hair on it so I had to question the overall room cleanliness. I spread open the sheet as much as possible but it's not fitted so it wouldn't cover everything. The check-in desk offers no privacy with just a flimsy curtain around the patient and everyone in the waiting room can hear. The Picard family would be ashamed to have their name on a plaque in that room. I feel bad for the staff having to work in such crammed conditions. (Addition) If their social media team is so disappointed by our reviews why hasn't the hospital done anything to improve the situation? Reviewers after reviewers have been reporting on the same issues for months and months.

My dad age 64 was in a lot of pain because we come from a different country they would make us wait 6 hours and people would just be called in and leave and they wouldn’t even check on us the worst place to go I promise you

Long wait not seen. Not organized at all.

I have never experienced anything like this in my life! I went for stomach pain and nausea. I waited for 6 hours to go inside and the nurses kept telling us that they are very busy and no rooms are available. When finally taken to the back I was in a clean area Than was moved to the other side of the ER which was so filter dirty. The room has not been cleaned clearly for a very long time. The floor was almost black covered with dirt. The door was open the whole time and one nurse that passed by multiple times looked he had nothing to do while patience were screaming for help because they were in pain, Abe constantly had a running nose and ai caught him cleaning his nose with bait hands and he put back the gloves. He was very careless and casual about it. I worked in the healthcare for many years and he should know that this is a violation. When the doctor came in he read the results about my blood work out and ct scab out of his phone which to me is so unprofessional. He gave me 5 minutes of his time and told me everything looks normal and did not try to evaluate where the pain came from. He kept it very brief. Than the nurse told me to see Dr. so and so for follow up, when I asked who that was, his response was “I don’t know” I was completely confused and told him I have a primary doctor and asked for the report to give to and he said it’s all in the paper work he gave me. When I went home there was literally no information on it. I don’t feel good about the experience I had and I was not acted for correctly. My blood sugar was 157/99 multiple times and nobody cared to evaluate that!!!! I will seek a second opinion because I know how I felt and don’t even know how much of a report you can read of a phone correctly in less than 3 minutes . If you can please don’t ever go there, these people don’t care about your and human errors are happening way to often which lead to dead sometimes. When I walked out there were plenty of empty rooms and nurses were just sitting there and talking while other patients were still waiting in the cold waiting area for hours. The overall experience and observation I had was scary because our lives are in their hands. healthcare has become a money making genre and clearly a red flag about the Organization and attention to the public. PLEASE DON’T EVER GO THERE…

Chaotic as all emergency rooms are security could be a little more professional and empathetic but they are doing the best they can with the conditions. Doctors and staff are nice and trying to get to everyone. It’s packed here don’t come here if you expect to be seen quickly.

I took my sis to the emergency room bec she had a really bad pain in her chest and a shortness in her breathing. They told us to wait, then lady who is working in the front keep telling my sis to fix her mask even though I told her that my sis has hard time breathing, she didn’t even helped us, she was in her phone. What in the world is going on Alta beat?

Always treated me with respect and concern. Not judgemental and I felt heard.

Totally unprofessional staff. I could hear them in my charts deleting information they had no right to delete. Instead of of asking me my medical information including prescription drugs they did whatever they wanted to do when they were in my charts and speaking & laughing loudly outside the door regarding information I regard as personal. Disregarding my privacy and the privacy Act, I wasn’t amused at all. I was very disappointed of the nursing staff’s behavior during a traumatic episode I had encountered prior to my visit to the ER,
