Dr. Pienkny has been kind and caring during the 15 or so years I've been going to him for treatment and monitoring a benign prostate condition. If there's a fault, it would be he's either overly cautious (could be good) or led by procedures that have financial rewards (maybe a medical flaw).

I did the sperm test two months ago and I asked for the result since it is very time sensitive for my wife to do IVF. but it took two months for the doc to get back to me on the result. I asked for the result directly but he kept saying he had to explain to me and wouldn't give the result directly. And then he said he had to do the lab test again. As a patient, I have the right to have access to all my lab result. I don't understand why he kept delaying it and said he had to meet me in person but it took him forever to schedule a new appointment.

I am very dissatisfied with the medical care that I received from Dr. Andrew Pienkny who performed surgery on me. After this surgery I continued to have blood in my urine and was in pain for more than 4 months. During that time, he changed my medications several times without any effect. When I complained about the lack of progress he told me I was rude. After 4 months of dealing with him I sought help elsewhere. I WISH THAT I HAD NEVER BEEN SEEN BY DR. PIENKNY. HE MADE MY LIFE VERY MISERABLE.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pienckny's for more than 12 years. He is consistent, expert, well-informed on the latest state of the art in Urology, and is a friendly, caring person. I cannot recommend him more highly. The office staff is competent (rare nowadays), friendly and prompt.

Dr. Pienkny is very knowlegable and sweet; however his staff - and particularly his assistant - are very rude and unprofessional. They don't treat their patients with respect and they don't respond to phone calls in a timely manner.
