Dr. Brett London is my hero. I had a crazy problem with my arm for 15 years. Ive been to numerous doctors. Dr. London saw me, gave a quick exam and possible diagnosis, ordered the appropriate tests and sent me to a new neurologist who also performed the correct tests. I have a diagnosis now!Thank you so much Dr. London. Not only are you kind but you are extremely bright and proactive. I could not ask for a better Physician.
I moved to Berkeley Feb 2017 and had left quite a scattering of medical records that needed to be collected from various specialists. The office staff not only got my records, but Dr London actually went over them all and was ready for my questions. Ive needed many referrals and Dr London follows up on everything with me. I am very happy to have Dr London as my primary care physician. The One Medical team is awesome. I am getting well with their help.
Had my first ever visit with Dr. Brett London today. I couldnt get in to see my usual PCP, but being a member of One Medical, I was able to get a convenient same day appointment with Dr. London. What a great experience. Beautiful office located in downtown Berkeley, fantastic, friendly front desk service, and a very caring, thorough exam by Dr. London. I would choose Dr. London as my PCP in a heartbeat, (if I didnt already have one), but its good to know I have a wonderful alternative if needed for urgent care.
I saw Dr London a few times and he referred me to outside testing. The hospital did tests that were not ordered or required, but that I had to pay for. Dr. Londons response was basically oh well when I asked him to support me in fighting the charges for the tests that were not ordered. He is fine for general stuff like physicals, but if I actually needed care I would not want him calling the shots. I spent a ton of money on testing and visits to other doctors to diagnose a bruise. A doctor is one of those things where experience matters.
Partnering with a new doc can be intimidating but I had a great first meeting with Dr London today. I get the impression that he is genuinely concerned about the health of his patients and thorough in his exams. Hes friendly and easy to talk to. I did not feel rushed and he took time asking lots of questions about my health history. I came in for some cold symptoms and he took the time analyze my health history and suggest an additional test to rule out any escalation in my heart condition and talked to me about the results immediately. All of this is exactly what you should expect from a great doctor. What a relief to have found one in Berkeley. Also, re One Medical, this is my first experience...I love that I was able to schedule online and everything was on time and everyone in the practice seemed sensitive to my schedule and so friendly.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
