Check-in and care was very smooth, everyone seemed very kind. The facilities are very clean and high tech (everyone had iPads and screens were everywhere). I imagine it can be difficult for non-tech-savvy people, but I certainly appreciated it!

I received a COVID PCR test from Carbon Health centre and received the Negative result at 11:14 am, about one hour after being tested. This was very good for me at the time but unfortunately, 72 hours and 7 minutes too long before my flight from Seattle to Canada. Your clinic, myself and my relatives all counted the 7 am flight time leaving Oakland as part of the 72 hour period but I forgot that it was actually at 11:21 am three days later that I would be boarding the next stage of the flight from Seattle to Vancouver. The Airlines refused my boarding so I had to pay for another PCR Covid test at Seattle airport (higher cost of USD $200) and to pay for a night in a Seattle hotel before I could get back to Vancouver. I was over the 72 hour test period that is the Canadian entry requirement by 7 MINUTES! I have learned the hard way the importance of taking careful note of that 72 hour test limit to enter Canada.

I came to Carbon for a Covid-19 test and was very happy with my experience. The scheduling was smooth through the app, the test itself was quick and even included a quick consultation with a clinician, and the results came in 48 hours and were posted in the app, easy to find. Would recommend and plan to come back for my future urgent care needs.

We needed a quick PCR test for travel. Carbon Health was quick and easy. We had results within an hour. I would definitely use them again!

I am so glad i found this facility. Parking on-street was easy to find. The neighborhood location felt safe. The testing attendant was refreshingly pleasant and the test took less than 3 minutes with results being available in 45 minutes via the Carbon Health app. Efficiency, ease and quick results! I would highly recommend this testing facility to anyone in the neighboring communities of Berkeley, CA.

I love coming here. the staff are friendly and welcoming. Everyone communicates well and makes sure that you understand and ask if you have questions. Sometimes I think that good service is going the way of the dodo, but it's alive and well here!

I had some challenges with the check-in folks and their procedures, but the medical professional I met was very helpful and insightful. The place allows walk-in’s but that window may be limited especially during the Covid restrictions. Call first if you have questions.
