I have been a client here for many years. They are so responsive and take such good care of people. You can be sure they will listen to you very carefully and make sure you understand what treatments they are proposing.

I started acupuncture here in 2021 after a pregnancy loss. After two months of acupuncture with Sean, we got pregnant right away and my healthy baby girl is 2. Not only did we get pregnant right away, but I returned to Sean to use acupuncture to induce labor as I was past my due date and avoid a hospital induction, which also worked! In an era where medical treatment can feel rushed, Sean is patient and patient-oriented. Each session began with a chat about how I was doing and feeling. He takes time to understand your history and concerns and has a calm demeanor throughout. I used the Chinese herbs followed the diet he recommended, and appreciated the medical citations and research behind his recommendations. The office is clean, peaceful, and runs on time. Maria is efficient and scheduling was easy. I highly recommend this practice and am so grateful for the treatment I received here. Thanks Sean!

I’ve been a patient of Sean for about 15 years. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient with his extensive knowledge of Chinese medicine. In addition, he has excellent bed side manners. You are in excellent hands at East Bay Acupuncture.

I have only written 4 reviews in my life, but I really felt I should write another one because East Bay Acupuncture and Natural Medicine is amazing! I work in a Hematology /Cancer Center so I have high expectations for facilities..From the initial contact with his Office Manager Maria, who was professional , kind and efficient with my referral and authorizations, to the clean, nicely decorated and comfortable rooms, I was impressed. Then Sean came in and did a through initial consult with me and then treated me in the same day.. After suffering from numbness and pain shooting down my shoulder and arm and limited motion for 3 months, Sean was able to heal my issue in 6 visits.. I fell asleep with the heat lamp warming my shoulder and the calming music, and he lowers the lights and leaves the room for 30 minutes..as I healed... It was more like a Spa treatment then acupuncture, but I think this is how it should be. He set such a high standard for acupuncture care, I can't go anywhere else, so I guess I will have to be a lifetime customer. Thank you all for such great care...

I have been coming to see Sean since 2016 for fertility treatment. I was able to have a healthy boy in 2017 :). I am grateful everyday. Even now, I regularly come in for “maintenance” due to on going back and shoulder pain due to minor injuries and such. I have gone to Orthopoedic surgeons, neurologists, PT, gotten multiple MRI’s and none helped me as much as Sean and Gabriella (who has since moved away). I highly recommend Sean for many different disciplines of acupuncture treatments. I love this place and hopefully will be able to come here for many years to come. I feel lucky to have found this practice. Also, the front office Maria is great!!!

It is hard to describe how wonderful it is to be practically free of pain from arthritic knees. And this is after only 4 visits. I can hardly wait until the end of my course of treatment. In addition Sean is so kind and gentle. Kudos also to Maria who is at the front desk.

However, after several months, I actually did get pregnant & just delivered a perfect baby girl! Having the support leading up to pregnancy & during was so helpful.

East Bay Acupuncture made me a believer in acupuncture today. Sean Hall is a professional and Master at his craft. The establishment is delightful and the staff was wonderful as well. I advise anyone with serious pain or just maintaining your health go to this place.
