Dr Barme is an exceptional doctor. He takes the time to explain the medical details, processes, and course of treatment in a way that make you feel important and not just one of hundreds of patients. He also has a fun and engaging personality. On one hand I am glad I successfully completed my treatment, but on the other hand I will miss having appointments and time with Dr Barme.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Gregory Barme and the way he cared for me during one of the most painful experiences of my life. I was admitted with a kidney stone that left me literally kneeling by the hospital bed in agony when he first came in to see me.From the moment he walked in, his kind and calm demeanor made a huge difference. He didn't just rush through -- he took the time to explain what was happening, what my options were, and how we could relieve the pain and get me on the path to healing. He treated me like a person, not just a patient in crisis.His expertise was clear, but what stood out most was his compassion. He reassured me in a moment when I felt completely overwhelmed, and he guided me through the procedure with such steady confidence that I felt safe placing my trust in him.Thanks to his care, I am able to move from a place of unbearable pain to healing and stability. I'm deeply grateful to Dr. Barme and would highly recommend him to anyone facing urological issues -- not only for his medical skill, but for the humanity he brings into the room.

Dr Barme is fantastic. Excellent professional clear compassionate doctor/specialist. Big heart. I feel very lucky with him as my urologist. His front seat assistant, Celeste is friendly and very helpful. Great service by all his staff! 5 stars!

5-STAR TREATMENTI saw Dr. Barme today, and, in my opinion, he was as good as his solid 5-star reviews suggest. Dr. B. is very warm and personable, and he's very easy to talk to about, um, stuff that's not so easy to talk about. Great "bedside manner." He gave me some advice that sounded reasonable, and he seems to know his stuff. STAFF/OFFICEI am pleased to report that they've done a makeover on the office (last time I was there, several years ago, it was badly in need), and the staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Count me a happy patient.

I was very nervous, as any male would be when getting old snip, but Dr. Barmé was amazing. He has excellent bedside manner and made the whole procedure so much easier by being knowledgeable and sensitive. His office checked ahead with my insurance before the surgery and was very prompt and responsive, everyone did a great job all around. If you are considering a vasectomy, I can say it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be, and Dr. Barmé was a big part of that In my opinion.If you are in need of a urologist, Dr. Barmé is the one to go to, couldn't have been a better experience. I wouldn't hesitate to see him again if necessary.

Dr. Barme successfully help me negotiate one of the toughest periods of time I've ever faced in my life. He's quick, responsive, smart and kind. When it came time to have Sergery, Dr Barme got me set up for success, Performed the Sergery with the best possible results and called my loved ones to tell them that all went according to plan. After Sergery, Dr. Barme was very responsive when communicating and helping me get my leave time paperwork set up and sent out. Dr Barme has also been great at getting me connected with other doctors who can help me with the oncological aspects of my treatment going forward.This is a great Doc, I can't recommend him enough to anyone who needs a urologist. I will be going to him for all my urologic needs going forwards.Thank you Dr. Barme!

Very jovial, friendly, knowledgeable, and SO FAST AT RESPONDING TO TEST RESULTS! He calls same day or day after receiving them to tell me the results himself and go over next steps! I don't know where he finds the time or how he gets the results so fast!

Not only did Dr Barme take care of my husband and “ walked” with him on the road to recovery, but he also ensured that I knew what was ailing him , what were the options and their pros and cons , but that I felt that we were not alone during the process.

I had previously seen Dr. Barme for my vasectomy and was really impressed with the experience as I have reviewed a couple years ago. I recently had some abnormal findings show up on an abdominal ultrasound (they thought I had a kidney stone) and my PCP told me to see a urologist. Of course, I went back to Dr. Barme. Second visit was just as good as the first: he was through, personable, and reassuring. Then, his office manager - of her own initiative - stayed through her lunch to get my CT approved with my insurance company. She explained that because my insurance is from another state, it might delay my treatment until tomorrow if she didn't take care of it today before they closed. Wow. I think most folks would just have gone to lunch!Dr. Barme called me immediately after getting the CT results and explained everything to me. I thankfully require no followup, but if I did I'd be really glad Dr. Barme was on the case.Bottom line: if you're in OC and need a urologist, this is the guy to go see. Super-duper-highly recommended for both him and his office staff.
