Dr. Ngaou is personable, competent and resourceful. To explain, when appropriate, he offers references supporting his approach to conditions/diseases. His MPH is an asset to himself and patients. My greatest concern is that he will leave, i.e., he will no longer be our family PCP,

Dr. Ngaou is the most caring physician one can hope to get. I happened to visit him because my PCP was on vacation, and I am so glad for it. He took the time to listen and go over my case systematically, showed genuine interest in my case, referred me to a specialist when that seemed like a good option for my potential pulmonary problems, and still remembered me well when I went back for a second visit. He was thorough, patient, caring, and kind. If only more doctors were like him!
