Dont go here. The staff is rude the computer systems are poorly developed and buggy and the wait is 2+ hours even with an appointment.

Love this place Only had one bad experience where the doctortechnicianstaff mentioned they could do this job drunk while openly staring at my chest. Thankfully I havent been paired with that person since.Highly recommend to schedule and appointment during the week where they have more staff in the facility. On the weekend they might have 2 people so expect 12 hour wait time to be seen and even longer if there is are emergency patients. Overall the front desk staff is always a delight and welcoming and so are the doctortechnicianstaff that have helped me

3 stars at best. Clean facility but not my preference I find the boutique aspect too techie. You have to download their app for results they are averse to paper. I am a patient navigator who goes to numerous medical facilities with clients and I found this one to be the most amateur including their equipment blood pressure tower. They are not affiliated with local hospitals so they cannot access records nor can they easily send records to other facilities. They simply handed a written form to my client and suggested he get to an ER. Once reviewed his primary care physician dismissed the EKG conclusions as overreaching . It was difficult to get a walkaway hard copy of the EKG. Took two weeks to retrieve. Not on level of a John Muir or Sutter Urgent Care but I do not doubt they provide helpful services from some.

Staff is friendly caring competent and respectful. What began as a stressful day ended in a relaxed and and positive manner with my health issue taken care of. Great team.

Worst experience ever. Appointment at 6pm but saw the doctor at 740pm.Don’t go to this place if you need urgent care.

This place is a disgrace. They should remove the word ‘Urgent’ from their title. The staff is complacent and has no empathy. Wait time for us is over 2 hours and yet to see a doctor. Shameful and I hope this sham shuts down.
