The facility is clean. The staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable. However, most important, the doctors alwaystake time to answer my questions and make my husband feel comfortable and well cared for.

I love the clinic, so I thought an urgent care attached to my doctors office would be good for a minor emergency. No. The doctor essentially ridiculed me saying that she can’t help and I shouldn’t have come to urgent care. She did nothing and dismissed me when I needed some sort of help on the weekend before i could possibly get in to see the specialist. The nurse was awesome. But the doctor was awful.

I came to urgent care after making an appointment for 2:30 PM. It is now past 3:30 PM and I still have not been seen by the doctor. Wait time is too long!!

I went to the urgent care today and I had a terrible experience. The nurse was very cold and seemed like she didn't want to be there. The doctor I had seen (Than Nguyen-Dinh, MD) ignored all of my concerns and was extremely judgmental towards me. He made me feel uncomfortable and left me with no answers for a simple problem that could've been solved easily. All they left me with was a sheet of paper with info I could've found in a google search. I left feeling uncomfortable, judged and like I had wasted both my time and money and still had no answers. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, I would say the only thing these people are capable of doing is taking vitals and diagnosing someone with a common cold.

Pros-They were a real person and not on a television screen.I was seen promptly.35% off if you pay upfront for the visit, not including tests, etc.Cons-They might charge you anywhere from $70-300 just to be seen, and you won't know how much till it's over.The doctor was pretty impersonal and seemed checked out. Hard to swallow when you decide to bite the bullet and pay to see a doctor at all. (Compassion and eye contact go a really long way to making a patient feel seen.)I originally came here because other places had such a terrible range of reviews, and I wanted to make sure I'd feel seen and safe somewhere. That being said, my experience with the doctor here didn't leave the best taste in my mouth. I'd go again if I had to, but it's not my first choice.

Nice facility and some good doctors, but every time I come here and make an appointment I’m never seen on time. I’ll show up at 9:50 for a 10:15 appointment and won’t see a doctor until after 11am. They’ve also billed my insurance incorrectly before and it’s been a huge hassle to fix.

John Muir Health Urgent Care Center was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong with me. The staff is extremely friendly and made my visit enjoyable. No one loves going to the doctor but this place is definitely worth checking out. Highly recommend it! They also have complimentary water, coffee and cable in all of the waiting rooms and patient rooms.
