Parking validation nightmare  My first trip to this location for Labcorp appointment.   Upon trying to pay for my parking the machine ate my ticket.  I am very sick and needing a bathroom or else shit myself in my car.  When I got to the gate i told the person in the parking office that I tried to pay the two dollar fee and I tried three credit cards and it would not take any of them. Upon which they told me to pull over and wait while one of the attendants walked all the way across the parking lot to get my ticket out of that machine. She comes back give me a lecture about how to put the credit card in the machine  Duh I am not STUPID insult insult insult....upon which she is standing RIGHT THERE while I have tried three credit cards  God forbid you try to pay in cash  Even though I am pleading with them to get out due to an emergency the bitch kept saying....Look I cant just let you out because you say you are having an emergency .  So finally the lady let me out after she saw that I was correctly inserting my credit card and no response from their machine.  I couldve gotten my ticket validated at LabCorp but being my first time here I did not know this.  Regardless if a person is having an emergency which I was in luckily I made it home before shitting on my self due to Covid complications let them go  Take their license plate number get their phone number God forbid you dont get your fing $2.00 parking fee.  This is the worst experience Ive ever had with a parking garage and I dont write bad reviews ever for anybody.It was horrible. Im now home luckily I made it just in time to the toilet.Just an inexcusable unprofessional ignorant staff in the parking garage. Do better

The bureaucracy is unbelievable.   I have had several problems with them.   This last time they cancelled two appointments the day before no reason given.   When I called to reschedule they gave me appointments 5 and 6 months out.   I have tried to get this rescheduled but without success instead they ask me very dumb questions.   Ill update if I ever get to see the doctor.

I think the health care is ok but the bureaucracy is unbelievable.   I had two appointments one day after another that in itself was not good.   After I did a full echeck in for one they wanted me to another.   In the meantime I was needing to get a referral from them for a test and I had to call multiple times for them to send the referral.   Then the day before my first appointment they called and cancelled both appointments.   When I tried to reschedule they didnt have space until 5 months from now    How is any of this good?

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a healthcare service. I never really share my bad experiences and tend to give people the benefit of the doubt but I have never felt so disrespected by a provider before.I had my first appointment as a new patient with Tracey Taylor and the office called me the morning of to tell me to call them back and reschedule. When I called back to reschedule the person on the phone didnt even know why I was asking to reschedule and had to find out that she just wasnt in the office. No reason or any warning and so I had to reschedule my appointment to the next available one which was an entire month later.A month goes by and I show up to my appointment 11 minutes late due to traffic ONE MINUTE over their grace period for late appointments. The secretary tells me that Tracey Taylor refuses to see me and now I have to wait ANOTHER MONTH for another rescheduled appointment.Based off of these two incidents where Tracey Taylor did not even talk to me once I am left with the impression that she is unprofessional and lacks empathy and understanding. I know that I was late but considering she canceled on me a month ago I was hoping she could spare me that one minute. All I wanted was to be seen by a primary care physician for the first time in two years due to everything with COVID even if it would be just a few minutes of her time. I am frustrated and angry.

I have only ever written one other bad review in my time and though I dont like to do this I feel it is so important that people know what theyre getting themselves into if they come hereThis hospital is an absolute nightmare. Constantly cancelling on you even on the day of your appointment that youve been waiting months for but god forbid youre 1 minute beyond their 15 minutes late policy even though you were waiting to check in well before the 15 minute cutoff while they were taking their sweet time checking in the 1 person before you  even though it takes the doctors around 3040 minutes to call you back anyways. They also fail to tell you which floor your appointment is on or your suite number so you have NO idea where youre going when you get here which makes things hard when theres 4 floors to navigate. The first doctor I had here told me I could either have lymphoma leukemia and could possibly be having an aneurysm all through a telehealth appointment Without doing labs or anything After knowing that I have extreme anxiety and that my brother and dad both have cancer she continued on with all of her theories and wildly inappropriate diagnoses. This was doctor Tracey Taylor. I was also seen in the urgent care by Ankit Patel who made me feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable while looking inside of my vagina he completely dismissed and degraded me and falsely diagnosed me. Thank god the folks over at planned parenthood are kind considerate and actually know what theyre doing otherwise Id still be suffering. Save yourself the waisted time energy and grief. Find another doctors office. The only positive experience Ive had here out of my countless amounts of visits has been with Dr. Rose Monardo she is an absolute angel and the only reason I would ever willingly return here. If you need a gynecologist I highly recommend her.. as for the rest of this hospital DO BETTER.Additionally the doctors wont even reach out to you to let you know when your labs are off. You just have to figure out whats wrong all on your own. So unless you love being your personal health detective this aint it.

Went to see Dr. Ghazal Naseri OD at the Ophthalmology department this morning and had the worse experience I’ve ever had with a medical professional. She was rude unprofessional and insensitive about my medical condition. A medical student was the person who performed the tests which I am fine with but he didn’t even get my prescription right. When I called to complain the clinic director Lindsey said she filed a complaint and when I asked for a copy she said she couldn’t give that to me. When I asked for the bill to be paused until this issue was resolved so I could get a second opinion for my URGENT eye exam they sent me to a phone number which was disconnected. It is beyond words how unprofessional and unethical this medical business operates. Never in my life I’ve seen anything like it. Do NOT go there Unless you want to feel abused and medically neglected.

Terrible.I got back lab results showing high cholesterol. I contacted doctor via mychart and all she had to say was no medication at this time. I wanted advice on dietary changes I could make when Im already eating healthy and exercise daily. I mentioned this and her response was to send me a link to the American Heart Association guidelines. I wonder how much she charged for that advice?  Still cant reach anyone by phone and if you have an urgent matter forget getting an appointment. Nothing sooner than a month away and if you go to urgent care youll  be told to see your primary how? When??.  I am seriously considering getting my healthcare in SF despite the commute. This place is a nightmare. Some good doctors but useless when you cant see them.UCSF doctors here are mostly very good but the UCSF My Chart does not function correctly for me anyway so trying to make an appointment via mychart is a lesson in futility as is trying to get through by phone. A million phone trees all ending in a specialized vm boxes that are inevitably for a different doctor than the one you are trying to reach.  If you dont already suffer from migraines and high blood pressure you will have both by the time you are done trying to get medical care at this facility.

Received an email last week announcing the Pfizer COVID19 Vaccine Booster was available. A link to make an appointment was easy.Two days prior to my appointment another email requested an eCheckIn to expedite my visit. Took all of 5 minutes.Im here and all set Asked to wait 15 minutes to be sure I didnt experience a negative reaction  Theres free parking validated onsite with the easement on 67th Street.

UCSF sucks. The lab is not a full service lab so you have to call to make sure that they can do the tests you need. Most of the doctors at UCSF do not know this and send folks there and they just waste time. You also only find this out after waiting in line and the phlebologist calls you in. It is difficult to get ahold of someone that can ask your questions. You typically have to go through your mychart account as the people you do get on the phone are just receptionists or schedulers.
