I would not recommend this provider to anyone. I arrived 12 mins late because I've been having stomach problems. The provider said she would not see me. I asked the medical office to let her know why I was late. They said once she makes up her mind the answer is no. They asked me about the new patients forms. I filled them out even though they didn't give any instructions to do so. She argued with me about it. I told her I don't have to lie. I asked her could she let my health plan know. She wouldn't call. She just said, "hello do you want to reschedule?" The staff are rude. They seem prejudice. Sadly, the assistants are minorities themselves.

Dr. was very professional & thorough. On time, not rushed & went into detail & described step by step what to expect for my colonoscopy. Felt very comfortable talking to her.

Sadly I was referred to this Dr by my regular clinic to help set up a colonoscopy. Unfortunately I landed in the most unprofessional,racist, and Islamicphobic medical office I have ever been in. The front desk was rude and the nurse was pushy about getting vitals and asking me to remove clothing unnecessarily. If you are a Muslim woman or Muslim at all stay far away from this doctor's office. The Dr herself sets the tone for racism in her office.

I had a very pleasant experience with Dr Narsinh and her team. Everyone was helpful and understanding and ready to listen. Dr Narsinh explained the procedure and what to expect and everything went as she said it would.

Best to visit Dr. Kogan at his San Pablo office rather than Berkeley. His knowledge and communication skills are great with a nice, friendly demeanor.
