List of Lifelong Immediate/Urgent Care's Reviews
my experience at Lifelong urgent care was wonderfulthe moment i walked in the woman at the front desk ( new person from the last time)was so kind and caring .Cloe' and Dr Chin gave me a high level of care.this is a walk-in urgent care location so waiting can happen. best to come early in day.- Justin Anderson
I had a GREAT experience here. The staff were attentive and professional, the doctor did not seem rushed at all, and the nurse was super friendly (hooray for nurses). I was definitely lucky that I arrived at a time where I was 1 of only 2 people there (by the time I left the waiting room was packed!).Urgent care facilities are always MUCH better than ERs and I salute LifeLong for providing one to their patients.I almost forgot: there is FREE VALET PARKING. Let me say this again, FREE VALET PARKING. You can drive up to the entrance, give your key to one of the attendants, and go in.I know not everyone is going to have the same/good experience but as a 2-time cancer survivor and veteran of MANY HOURS at various ERs around the Bay Area this one is the best!
Worst experience of my life in a medical office. This was my first visit, I was never checked by Dr Judi Wrong, who just sat down to tell me she was in a hurry and only asked about my history and shrugged with complete disregard why I was there. She sarcastically wrote wrong medication I never took, and wrote diagnosis notes on my profile I never told her about! Sweeps you out of the office like she needs to see one hundred more patients! Negligent in regards to physical assessment. Zero compassion. Wrong notes about diagnosis and medication.
I was feeling pain and needed to see a doctor. The front desk Hispanic lady with baby hairs was immediately dismissive and told me to go to ER. I asked her if she could talk to the doctor. She went to get the doctor and immediately she said she could she me, but there were limited resources. Next thing the doctor walk away and she starts being rude to me again with no one around. I under so much pain, just being in a car accident respond in pain back. Over talking her as she is me. Then a white lady comes and adds to the yelling at me and degrading me. They both tel me to leave. I ask them for the supervisor name and which days I could speak with him. They continued to not tell me until I start getting more aggregated. As they are over talking me I’m over talking them. Sad, upset, and frustrated. They then tell me as they are degrading me that the doctor said she won’t see me. She just had said she seen me, but then changes her mind based off their recollection of our interaction. After that they step to the side and start telling the doctor blatant lies about me. I can hear them, so I raise my voice to the doctor attention since they are on the other side of the wall. I said, “ that’s not true, she was rude to me first” so then they started to gang up on me and say that I’m being aggressive and they are scared of me. Mind you the same language that’s used that justifies black peoples being killed by the cops. They tell me to leave and calls security. It’s sad black women are treated so poorly here. As we was talking I subconsciously took off my mask upset. That was a total accident, I am so very sorry and remorseful for subconsciously removing my mask when medical staff put their life on the line. When they told me to put it back on, I immediately do. I have been with life long for 5 years and have a doctor in east Oakland names Monique.I was hurt and in pain and not my intention to offend anyone. It’s so sad that they treated a Black woman like trash. I went home cried to my mommy and called my mental health counselor to talk about my experience with them.It needs to come to the light how rude the front staff is and how she tried to make it seem like I started it all.I will be spreading the word to other black people in the community.
Everyone was super friendly and cool, got seen as fast as they could get me in, and yeah, the wait times were kind of long, but what do you expect? It's an urgent care lol.
Got to urgent care at 4:25pm they said they except people until 430 pm and they close at 5pmI was in lots of pain.I drove 30 minutes wasted time ,gas and got no medical help
lady at the front desk is very rude slurping cup o noodle on the job and she tells everyone to go to the hospital place doesn’t have an ultrasound or X-ray machine so I was told creepy female security guard
They are under staffed, and I've waited hours just to get seen. Most recently they made me wait for an 1hr in a patient's room before turning me away, this is incompetence and failure of a system. There maybe reasons, but overall, when doctors turn patients away and are unwilling to see patients, that smells of something rotten. I would never return.
My sister and I arrived a little before 4pm today, my sister got a quick covid screening by a reception person and was told to go back to the waiting area. Shortly after that, she came back out and told me that she couldn't be seen today, they "stopped seeing patients for the day." Open hours are 9am to 5pm Monday through Saturday. That's all it says on the website. It does NOT say, "open hours are 9am to 5pm except for certain days when we decide to close early at 4pm." One simple request: Tell it straight at your website and stop fooling people into thinking you're open when you're not. We don't live down the street and had to drive a ways to get there.
I don’t understand the reviews. It’s the only urgent care I go to and I’ve NEVER had a bad experience. I’ve had kindness, good treatment and care. Up till now. Nothing is perfect but jeez….

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
