I have been going to Lynda for about three months now and I appreciate the time she spends to understand what I am going through physically and emotionally. Her office is peaceful and welcoming and the overall experience is A+.

Lynda is one of the most gifted healers I have ever worked with. Her depth of knowledge, her skill, her profound intuition and deep listening, her grounded well-anchored presence -always make me feel safe and able to go deep into the physical and psychic healing and release that she supports through a deft combination of massage and acupuncture, as well as other techniques including craniosacral and more. She is a powerhouse healer, steady and joyful. I've had the privilege of working with her for over a decade and she never ceases to amaze me how she knows just what I need and time and again brings me "back home" to myself. The last time I saw Dr. Vigil, I had been suffering from a host of overwhelming symptoms that had worsened to the point of me considering going to the ER. She treated me with acupuncture and herbs, and within two days I was feeling so much better! I have seen about a handful of different acupuncturists over the years, but with Dr. Vigil I feel a shift and real results almost immediately. Her experience and proficiency in body / energy work and her knowledge of anatomy supplements her vast knowledge of Chinese medicine. She really treats the whole person. I only wish I lived closer so I could see her more regularly.

Lynda is a truly intuitive, gifted body worker. She has a wide range of tools for healing what ails you: massage, acupuncture, herbs, heat, cupping, and recommendations for posture supports and yoga poses. Lynda deploys the right combination of tools at the right time. Two years ago, I was able to bypass surgery for a rotator cuff injury with help from Lynda! I have been seeing Lynda for over one decade and would never give her up. She was a gifted healer 10 years ago and she has only gotten better!

Lynda is just the best. Hands down the best. Her expert knowledge of the human body and of both western and eastern methods of healing are indispensable and rare. Lynda is a woman who practices and lives what she preaches and this comes through her touch and her entire approach to therapy. I have never worked with anyone that i trust so fully with my body. Since I began seeing her over 6 months ago I feel like a different person - I have far less pain, I am more toned and I am more aware of and in tune with myself and my body than I have ever been before. Lynda is my GOLD standard for therapeutic massage and acupuncture! You MUST have her on your health and wellness team. Her style of practice is very unique, a "blend" (as she calls her work) of deep tissue massage and acupuncture - if you are working with an injury you are in VERY good hands. An occasional visit to Lynda has kept my bad shoulder and low back in check. She's also helped me with hormonal balancing and some sleep issues - acupuncture and herbs, YES. I usually see her in Berkeley, but I know she just opened a second office in the Mission (San Fran). She also accepts insurance and does benefit checks for clients, so......go check her out! :)
