Totally unprofessional and disorganized entity. I have some serious concerns! Best known for their covid testing sites but they are so disorganized. Maybe an overhaul of each of their programs. Mismanagement does come to mind when reviewing this (dis) organization. Absolutely lacking in the necessary resources needed to assist the East Oakland community. Like the AC Transit bus lines in which serve 🤔 this community, you will be waiting ✋ quite a time for any meaningful service.

I went in at 930 am and was out of there by 1015 am. I received my covid 19 test shot on a Monday morning, and I had my results Monday at 11pm. This was not as bad as my anxiety made it seem. I will be going to this sit if I decide to get vaccinated soon. Everyone was professional and kind. It was a pleasant atmosphere and I appreciated the entire experience.

(COVID 19 TESTING) My son and I got tested on wednesday. Yes, the line can be very long as you line up prior to 9:30 (opening time) or early morning. Once the testing site opens, the lines move fairly quick. I'm extremely thankful and appreciate of all staff members, from the guy working and directing the gates who greeted my son to the amazing back staff. Erica, was AMAZING. This woman was so patient and kind with my 6 year old and went above and beyond to ensure we got tested in a safely manner. My son was scared and wouldn't stop crying and she handled it like a pro. Now my son can't stop talking about "Erica being so nice". Thank you!

This clinic runs by a bunch of incompetent people, there is no one answering phone calls during business hours, I don't recommend this clinic to anyone.

Very nice and efficient staffs from online registration to testing area and those personnels who assessed the lines. Explained the way covid swabs done. Provided a paper info and explained well when to expect the result etc......And it's free. Thank you for a excellent service 😊
