Everyone here was so friendly and helpful, from the person who checked me in at the front desk to the nurses and physician who saw me! The physician was funny, I had to chuckle while wheezing. It was also very prompt and they were able to see me within ~20 minutes and run lab tests. They even gave me a comprehensive package with further instructions and information. The only thing was that I had COVID and was masked but felt like it was hard to avoid spreading it while checking in and waiting. Hope I didn't give it to anyone there.

I had to go in three times to get antibiotics. I had to feel bad for a full month before I got medication. I could have felt better a lot quicker had they just prescribed the antibiotics the first time I went in. Get better doctors or have better procedures

The front desk at the Urgent care facility is prompt, very professional and patient in hearing what I had to say about my health issue. This surely put me in a less tense mindset. I really appreciate their handling of a new patient. The doctor and her support staff were also very sympathetic and attentive. As long as Sutter is there, I'll be in one of their plans.

I was seen promptly without an appointment. Every staff member, without exception, was courteous, respectful, and completely professional, going out of their way to be helpful. The facility itself was clean and orderly. I left with a needed prescription, and with clear instructions on what steps to take for follow-up care. I was very pleased with the service I received.

I appreciate the care I received ar Sutter Urgent care. Especially grateful that they indicate waiting times on their website. My condition was such that I couldn’t wait for appointment at my PCP but could wait until there was a reasonable wait. The practitioner who treated me was kind, communicated well, and handled my situation effectively. And my wait was only a few minutes!
