Had been in extreme pain with shoulder injury and kept getting my appt pushed back by other doctors. Ended up here with Kelly Stewart and I can not stress enough how amazing she was. Caring, informative, helpful and punctual. The clinic even called me back the next day saying they had an appointment opening which got me in 10days sooner. Can’t imagine going anywhere else.

A Provider at this location disclosed my private information to a 3rd party without my consent. That information was then pasted onto "MyChart" Notes in a random area that would be easily missed. No dates, no signatures. Lifelong won't tell me who the provider is that disclosed my information, they won't tell me info on the 3rd party. They did, however, freely disclose my private information! Check &Recheck your notes if you’re a patient at this location.

Went at 9am for my first Covid 19 vaccination. The anxiety I was feeling before I arrived dissolved as soon as I saw how everything was organized. I got in line and, when it was my turn, answered the screening questions. I was then sent to a table where someone scheduled my second dose and gave me information from the CDC. Then I waited in a short line until I was called to receive the vaccine. Abdhula was kind, gentle, and skilled at giving the vaccine. I felt at ease. I sat for 15 minutes in the chairs outside and then went on my way. The entire process took about 30 minutes, likely because of how organized it was and that I had a morning appointment. Feeling grateful and relieved it went so smoothly.

This place takes forever to do anything too give you a call back too write a simple doctor notes they need too get it together

I asked for a Doctor and a nurse (Menton Hurd) lead me to believe he was a Doctor.Anyway he cut 1/3 of my meds and threw me into many attacks. Please do not go there

Lifelong is the worst doctors office i have ever had. They have lost my childrens immunization record and act like i must have never been their because its not in their computer, we wait for forever and they have failed to send our a referral 5 different times everytime saying "im sending it over" but i call the other office and they have nothing. Use any other office if you are looking for a new doctor!
