Best COVID testing place in the east bay. I hate to say that because I’d like to keep the wait times down. Very kind and helpful staff, efficient with a calm and safe environment. Faster results time than most. Thank you to those that run this clinic!

Firstly, check your attitude at the door; they don't pay the receptionist enough to deal with your personal BS - get your s*** together and come in correct. 2 of the last 3 times I was in the waiting room I had to listen to adult-children complaining about things that, ultimately, were their responsibility. Oh, and don't cuss, threaten or try any BS - they will not put up with it and you will find yourself without this clinic as an option.Very professional folks, clean and well-lit operation (somewhat of a rarity with places that take MediCal). Dr. Rosenfield is very good, caring professional who is sincere and honest. My only complaint, and hence the 4 stars, is that he has some difficulty with negative confrontation - it would have been nice to know that he doesn't deal with disability patients/claims months prior. So, as long as that isn't an issue, the service is top-notch and the people were very real and authentic.

Easy and fast employee are great too plus the doctor too is great Dr Trinch so great I love to take my mom for her appointment cz her doctor is great (Dr Trinch)

I love what I see happening at WOH. Can't wait to see the fabulous Dental suites and the Optometry options for eyeglasses. The community is blessed to have such a positive resource. Thanks for being here.

This is clinic by far is at its best ever since they hired Erica.She help me & was very nice she made me feel very welcoming unlike the other lady who was there . Please keep her around she gets the job done.
