Great service. Friendly staff. Seriously long wait times. 2 hours for a COVID test with insurance. If you pay OOP they expedite you. Won’t be coming back, wasted our Saturday here.

The website says that they close at 8. I went in around 7 30 because I work late hours and I wanted to get a Covid test because I have been feeling sick and they refused to serve me! They said they stop taking patients at 7. If you stop serving patients at 7 then your website should reflect that. This really is not good customer service and I won’t be coming back.

A++++++ Urgent care location: pristinely clean, Fabulous front desk nurses, PA: Abraham and The wonderful, calm most lovely DR....treated my daughter for cut on her leg after tripping over an umbrella stand on a sidewalk - thoroughly cleaning / disinfecting, 4 stitches + tetanus shot later - good as new. HIGHLY recommend this wonderful find. Whether you are in LA on vacation or a local. thank youuuuuuuu

This place is a great find. The staff is lovely, helpful, and attentive. The nurse Nichole does an AMAZING job. I’m very picky with who I let use a needle on me and Nichole was the best I’ve had. I highly recommend this place!

I had to get the blood drained from my toenail after getting it smashed and the doctor took a cold needle (usually they make the needle hot so it doesn't hurt as much) and kept sticking it into the nail and digging around trying to get the blood out and pushing on my nail causing a lot of pain. She insisted it didn't need to be numbed because "toenails don't have feeling." She also assumed the toe was broken because I was being "sensitive" about having a needle stabbed into my severely bruised nail bed several times (it wasn't). X-ray tech wasn't even there so I had to go to a separate imaging facility to get a scan. I've broken bones and have had many other injuries so I know I wasn't being a softie it was her not doing her job well.

I had a great experience here all the staff were extremely professional. Shout out to Nichole and dr.khanlou handled me with such care and made my first experience at an urgent care amazing. I will definitely be coming back for any other issues
