Nichole who is a phlebotomist at this urgent care is absolutely lovely. Kind, nurturing, and made everything a breeze. She took my blood samples with extra care and caution, making it nearly painless and taking enough sample to ensure the most informed results. I can't recommend her enough.Also the doctor (forgot his name) was extremely kind and thorough in answering my questions and provided compassionate responses.I'm very satisfied with my visit today.Thank you everyone at this clinic who made it smooth sailing.

Just loved how kind, compassionate and professional Dr. Darabi was. It is extremely hard to take blood or getting an IV for me. I was told I "don't have veins" in the past 2 years in Los Angeles. Dr. Darabi called for a sweet nurse who specializes in these cases and she used a baby needle. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!

This place gives amazing service from the ladies (Veronica and Juana) at the front to the small guy who took my information in the room. Veronica was able to explain throughly how insurance works and was very sweet along with Juana at check out! If you check in they give $5 off! Amazing!!!!! With COVID going on I am very impressed how they've done it all. Good job everyone!! :)

This place has honestly been so great to me every time. I came in to see Dr. Khanlou a few weeks ago and I feel AMAZING ever since. I was in need of my records which I spoke with Juana on the phone she was very nice by the way, I then was transferred to Veronica and she was able to help me in a very quick matter which I was amazed about. I wish I'd be able to have them as my primary! We need more nurses like the ones this urgent care has!

Was here a few days ago and I had a phenomenal experience with the nurses here! Veronica was so sweet and was able to help me with doubts I had with my insurance! Such great staff always! Thank you for your services during this pandemic!!!

I was a little nervous coming in but I got a nurse named Nicole who made me feel so comfortable and she was so nice and caring definitely an amazing place to go to if you need to get tested and such.

Doctor Darabi!!! And managing staff!!! All I can say is that I wouldn’t be alive if it wasn’t for you. My family is in your debt from the night of our wedding from 7-8 years ago until now. Doctor Darabi is my family’s guardian angel and a treasure to the community. She has saved my life more than I can count. On one major occasion she is responsible for being alive and kicking and still a father to two little kids! She isn’t just any doctor, she truly is something way more!!! Thank you for all you did for me and my family! We are truly in your debt.
