I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Nourian and his incredible team. Dr. Nourian took the time to thoroughly explain my condition, the surgical options available, and what to expect during recovery. The surgery itself was a complete success, and I am already experiencing significant relief and improvement in my quality of life. I never felt rushed or overlooked every question I had was answered with patience and care. Could not recommend Dr. Nourian enough!

I cannot recommend Dr. Nourian enough. He truly cares about his patients and always prioritizes doing what is best for them. Unlike other surgeons I’ve encountered, he takes a conservative approach, recommending the least invasive procedures first before considering major surgery. This thoughtful approach speaks volumes about his integrity and commitment to patient care. Dr. Nourian is incredibly understanding and explains medical concepts in a way that even someone without a medical background can easily grasp. After being treated by six different surgeons for injuries sustained in a car accident, I can confidently say I would never go to anyone else. His staff is just as amazing—caring, professional, and always responsive. If you’re looking for a surgeon who combines skill, compassion, and a patient-first philosophy, Dr. Nourian is the one to trust.
