I visited Dr Alessi because I suddenly had tinnitus and was referred to him by my GP. He examined me said I was probably loosing my hearing and referred me to get a hearing test which I did. After hearing center testing I phoned the office several times requesting test result and follow up and received neither.

I went here multiple times and saw Dr. Alessi. He was one of the kindest and most caring medical professionals that I’ve ever met. He helped me manage a very painful scar caused by another practice and the front desk was always so lovely, especially Debbie. Dr. Alessi’s favorite saying is that he wants to “protect you from yourself”, and that does hold up — he doesn’t pressure you into cosmetic procedures that you don’t need, in fact, he’s talked me out of multiple saying they were unnecessary. I moved from LA but I would go back. Highly recommend!

I am only sharing this review because I am already a patient and if a million more run to him, he will always have time for me. Dr Alessi is the most knowledgeable, thorough, caring, amazing doctor there is. Others were not able to find the reason my ears were so bad. He not only found the reason, but made me all better in no time. Now he is also making me stay beautiful with his hands and a bit of injections. And if I will need plastic surgery - I will trust him with every step. I am so thankful that I have found him after many failures.

If you sign the documents they provide before seeing a doctor, they charge you $300 if you have insurance. If you don't have insurance, it is $700. There are significantly more affordable options out there.

From Dr.Alessi to his staff, all are very professional, excellent bedside manner, communicates effectively and if any doubts put them to rest. I highly recommend.

I’ve debated posting this review for a while because I can’t tell what is the fault of Alessi’s office and what is the fault of my insurer. But I had a very mixed-to-bad experience with my surgical experience with Alessi. I came in and he immediately stuck a camera up my nose with no warning and diagnosed me with nasal polyps and deviated septum. I went in for surgery and paid a large lump sum straight to the surgical centre, expecting that would be it plus perhaps some extras for anaesthesiologist. The surgery went fine, I did get an infection after but recovered fairly quickly. What ended up frustrating me was the slew of random charges I got for months after the surgery. I kept thinking it would stop but every couple months I’d get a new “adjusted” cost and pay another $100-$400. I kept contacting the office for clarity on the charges but received no response. I was afraid of the bills going to collections so I just paid them, but I just received notice from a friend that also went to Alessi that he’s being treated with the same shady practices so it felt important that I leave a review and alert others that this is a possibility if you are visiting Alessi’s office. So all in all: surgery was successful and I am breathing better, but the surprise fees make me unable to leave a good review.

Doctor Alessi is a wonderful doctor. He did my neck surgery and got me on the latest CPAP machine for my sleep apnea. I sleep much much better now and have lots of energy. The best ENT doctor ever.
